Tractor_Saint Posted 8 January, 2010 Posted 8 January, 2010 Great photo. Where is this? Chucked a few more photos in as well - it's Rowlands Castle between Petersfield and Chichester...
St Landrew Posted 8 January, 2010 Posted 8 January, 2010 *EDIT This computer is really beginning to f**k me off. Pourquoi..? BTW, I still can't see what I'm supposed to s**t bricks about, even if TBF can. Explain please..?
Redondo Saint Posted 8 January, 2010 Posted 8 January, 2010 cheers looks like the lorry is in trouble!
Master Bates Posted 8 January, 2010 Posted 8 January, 2010 Pourquoi..? BTW, I still can't see what I'm supposed to s**t bricks about, even if TBF can. Explain please..? It looks like there is a face in the snow, and just to the left looks like a hand.

St Landrew Posted 8 January, 2010 Posted 8 January, 2010 It looks like there is a face in the snow, and just to the left looks like a hand. Is that all..? Let me look for the various faces of God; on a piece of toast, on the Moon, etc... I saw that before, but it didn't strike me as anything significant. I'll try to look a little harder, to see if I can really see what you mean, OK..?
Fowllyd Posted 8 January, 2010 Posted 8 January, 2010 Chucked a few more photos in as well - it's Rowlands Castle between Petersfield and Chichester... Not far from my girlfriend in Horndean then. She had to leave her car in a minor road on Tuesday evening, and has only just dug it out and driven it home this afternoon. Unbelievable really - I'm only 25 miles or so from there and it's a different world.
Whitey Grandad Posted 8 January, 2010 Posted 8 January, 2010 Chucked a few more photos in as well - it's Rowlands Castle between Petersfield and Chichester... Pah! That's not real snow. It hardly comes over the top of your shoes.

Unbelievable really - I'm only 25 miles or so from there and it's a different world. Very close indeed! I had to walk 2 miles to the A3 to rescue the girlfriend - we did eventually abandon the car but, thankfully, we abandoned it just 200 yards up the road and collected it a couple of days later. Never seen anything like it down this way - just come back from the pub tonight and had to take ski poles
hamster Posted 9 January, 2010 Posted 9 January, 2010 It looks like there is a face in the snow, and just to the left looks like a hand. Rubbish face pic, this is a face pic:

Must be magic I guess.
Tractor_Saint Posted 9 January, 2010 Posted 9 January, 2010 Where do these 'Danger , Thin Ice' signs suddenly spring up from. The cynic in me says that the photos have been photoshop'd - there was another one the other day with a woman and a child walking past a similar sign. As you say, who puts them up? Would be interesting to know from anyone that lives in Skateland near Canoe lake whether that sign actually exists or not?
Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 9 January, 2010 Posted 9 January, 2010 I can confirm that there is a thin ice sign in the pond in Castle Park, Colchester. More snow here again today, bloomin' nightmare.

INFLUENCED.COM Posted 11 January, 2010 Posted 11 January, 2010 My wife says snow is like a penis, it is measured in inches, it cums when you least expect it and never gets as deep as you would like !
bridge too far Posted 11 January, 2010 Posted 11 January, 2010 My wife says snow is like a penis, it is measured in inches, it cums when you least expect it and never gets as deep as you would like ! And those inches are always exaggerated
Mao Cap Posted 11 January, 2010 Posted 11 January, 2010 And those inches are always exaggerated The FB status of a female friend currently reads "Promised ten inches and yet only got six...now where have we heard that before?" I lol'd...brazen hussy.
