krissyboy31 Posted 16 December, 2009 Posted 16 December, 2009 They've blocked public money being used to build the cruise terminal but don't expect this to be the last we hear of this story. Liverpool City Council and Chamber of Commerce have for obvious reasons, seen the benefits of trying to get a slice of this business, so the next step will be to get private finance to help get the terminal built. This will obviously delay their plans but will not end them.
