Block 5 Posted 11 December, 2009 Posted 11 December, 2009 Just been offered 2 tickets for Anfield on Sunday sitting with the goons. Obviously I'm more excited by the Tranmere game, but this will be a nice distraction on a Sunday afternoon.
saintkiptanui Posted 12 December, 2009 Posted 12 December, 2009 sounds horrific, rather masturbate with my legs over my head and spunk in my mouth

Andy_Porter Posted 13 December, 2009 Posted 13 December, 2009 Good to see the scousers lose again, even better to see Johnson bang in an own goal.

Block 5 Posted 13 December, 2009 Author Posted 13 December, 2009 The standard of football wasn't very high (apart from Arshavin's goal) and the famous Anfield atmosphere was non-existent; I hardly heard the Kop sing at all. The highlights for me were the goons singing: "Thursday night, Channel 5" "We pay your benefits" "Feed the scousers, let them know it's Christmas time". Hilarious! Johnson was, is and will always be gash. I enjoyed shouting skate at him whenever he was close (which was quite a bit during the 2nd half) but got a few bemused looks from the surrounding goons.

I think they are just bemused by the whole thing. A team that used to be the totally dominant one, some 20 years ago, is actually an alsoran. This isn't stuff that scousers are used to, despite their club's slow descent; and I doubt if they know how to deal with it. One thing is for certain. Benitez has not got long in the job, unless Liverpool's expectations are lower than I think.
