saints_is_the_south Posted 10 December, 2009 Posted 10 December, 2009 Tranmere – currently 17,500 Norwich – currently 9,500 Exeter – currently 19,000 According to teh TO.
northam soul Posted 10 December, 2009 Posted 10 December, 2009 Bloody hell ther will be no room for us if they have given away that many away tickets
Scummer Posted 10 December, 2009 Posted 10 December, 2009 Decent result on Saturday will push Norwich up to about 17.5k I think.
teamsaint Posted 10 December, 2009 Posted 10 December, 2009 the Adult and child thing for Exeter is silly. Why can they just not do Chapel tix at £10 each with a free child ticket if you want it? I
RedAndWhite91 Posted 10 December, 2009 Posted 10 December, 2009 I wonder how many sales we get on the day?
voteforpedro Posted 10 December, 2009 Posted 10 December, 2009 I wonder how many sales we get on the day? I think usually about 1,500
wessex saint Posted 11 December, 2009 Posted 11 December, 2009 17.5k for Tranmere is v.poor. Given current form you would expect gates to be soaring.. or at least going up very slowly Will be disappointed if we don't get 22/23k tomorrow

Given current form you would expect gates to be soaring.. or at least going up very slowly Will be disappointed if we don't get 22/23k tomorrow Don't expect Tranmere are bringing very many. Will probably end up near 20k, which against teams with a decent away following would have been 21-22k.

I expect a few hundred tops from the Wirral and if were lucky the crowd will be around the 20000 mark.
brianoneils slidingtackle Posted 11 December, 2009 Posted 11 December, 2009 Its been expensive supporting Saints, especially with the extra away trips thrown in :-) but as a season ticket holder my missus cant bully me into shopping on a saturday when we are at home.

krissyboy31 Posted 11 December, 2009 Posted 11 December, 2009 Christmas Shopping Effect. That's a good reason to go to footy in my book!

Pre-Chrimbo - everyone has heaps of spare time and money . Division 3 - plenty of pulling power there. Compare this with the similar fixture last year and see how many thousand fewer will attend this year.

jethro Posted 11 December, 2009 Posted 11 December, 2009 any ST holders purchased an advanced ticket on-line for FA Cup for Luton game? I've just noticed that they are charging £15 where as it should only be £10 yet another ticket office problem

I've just noticed that they are charging £15 where as it should only be £10 yet another ticket office problem Have you clicked on the drop down menu, highlighted 'ST holder' and then clicked on the 'figure adjust' button? I did and got it for £10 ok.

B Rabbit Posted 12 December, 2009 Posted 12 December, 2009 Well no, but they can stop all the possible walk-ups from going... Only if people are under the thumb and don't back hand their *****es and tell them that they aren't going shopping and are going to the football instead.... :smt040
suewhistle Posted 12 December, 2009 Posted 12 December, 2009 Anyone that goes shopping on a match day is a henpecked loser Possibly, but don't expect a present if you've spent all the money on footie tickets. If I were in the UK I'd be going, but you have to remember peoples' budgets are stretched at Christmas time, particularly if they have kids. For season ticket holders, of course, there is no excuse.:-)

RonManager Posted 12 December, 2009 Posted 12 December, 2009 Hurry up fella, that coffee table is witing to be assembled Anybody snap up that rather nice pine cabinet out on the pavement on Northam Rd near the King Alfred? - only £55.
andysstuff Posted 12 December, 2009 Posted 12 December, 2009 Anybody snap up that rather nice pine cabinet out on the pavement on Northam Rd near the King Alfred? - only £55. That was never pine.
StDunko Posted 12 December, 2009 Posted 12 December, 2009 There were only 305 Tranmere fans at the game today, which makes the attendance respectable, 19500 Saints fans. Probably a similar number the Brighton game.
RedAndWhite91 Posted 12 December, 2009 Posted 12 December, 2009 Anybody snap up that rather nice pine cabinet out on the pavement on Northam Rd near the King Alfred? - only £55. Can't say I was pining for it, to be honest. Wood'nt see where I'd put it.
krissyboy31 Posted 14 December, 2009 Posted 14 December, 2009 Update on the Exeter game. Over 21,000 sold already. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1904729,00.html
The Kraken Posted 14 December, 2009 Posted 14 December, 2009 Update on the Exeter game. Over 21,000 sold already. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1904729,00.html I went down to the ground today to pick up tickets; arrived just before 3pm and there was a queue of at least 20 people before me. Apparently it had been that way all day. Admittedly a lot were probably buying tickets for the JPT, but good to see nonetheless (apart from the cold wait in line).
