tommi Posted 6 December, 2009 Posted 6 December, 2009 I'm surprised no one's moaning that Lambert still looks fat & lazy. I'm sure it won't be too long... :-) 9 goals in 8 games. Shocking, it should be at least 10 in 8....

beatlesaint Posted 6 December, 2009 Posted 6 December, 2009 David Connolly is a class act......I still maintain all those people who wanted to drop him to the bench in order to change the formation must be out of their minds. Le Tiss would never have stood a chance with that kind of logic.

saint_bert Posted 6 December, 2009 Posted 6 December, 2009 no you missed my point haven't you ? I am saying IF it was up to people on this board to pick the team..... FFS Thats why were on an internet forum based on opinions. Not profesional football team managers
yellow&blue Posted 6 December, 2009 Posted 6 December, 2009 What's also great is that we have the top scorer in the league as well. I woke up at 3 am especially to watch the goals online!!
explorer saint Posted 6 December, 2009 Posted 6 December, 2009 Who was it standing and watching as they pinched their goal? Morgan? Shocking defending, switched off again
krissyboy31 Posted 6 December, 2009 Posted 6 December, 2009 Rickie even stumbled. Hes too good His standing foot actually slipped from under him (a Bambi on ice moment) but he still had time to steady and compose himself before slotting it away.
Saint_clark Posted 6 December, 2009 Posted 6 December, 2009 Where do people get these 17 goals for Lambert from? I thought he had 16 to be honest.
beatlesaint Posted 6 December, 2009 Posted 6 December, 2009 Where do people get these 17 goals for Lambert from? I thought he had 16 to be honest. I think some people are getting confused and adding the one he scored for Bristol Rovers twice
Saint_clark Posted 6 December, 2009 Posted 6 December, 2009 I think some people are getting confused and adding the one he scored for Bristol Rovers twice Possibly! Confuses me to be honest. There is that one that's debated between him and Waigo, maybe that's what it's all about.
Vegas Posted 6 December, 2009 Posted 6 December, 2009 Anyone have a link to the goals elsewhere? Can't get iPlayer here and so far haven't found the goals via google.
Morph Posted 6 December, 2009 Posted 6 December, 2009 Anyone have a link to the goals elsewhere? Can't get iPlayer here and so far haven't found the goals via google. Just change your proxy settings and you will be able to watch i Player. Google will help 'change my proxy settings' Regards Morph
Charlie2008 Posted 6 December, 2009 Posted 6 December, 2009 Any-one got advice on how to improve i-player vision? I always get very 'bitty' coverage which doesn't show the goals in their best light.
Saint137 Posted 6 December, 2009 Posted 6 December, 2009 You can download the whole programme I think Or it might just be that your computer isn't up to streaming it.
Charlie2008 Posted 6 December, 2009 Posted 6 December, 2009 Thanks. It might help if I download i-player aswell. will keep u posted...if any-one cares...

bpsaint Posted 6 December, 2009 Posted 6 December, 2009 The time and space their defenders gave Hammond for the 2nd was shocking! Great finish by Lambert, that little slip would have been enough to make others lose their composure.
ericofarabia Posted 7 December, 2009 Posted 7 December, 2009 Where do people get these 17 goals for Lambert from? I thought he had 16 to be honest. 14 in the league, 1 in League cup and 1 in JPT plus 1 at Brizzle before he joined us = 17. Simples
ericofarabia Posted 7 December, 2009 Posted 7 December, 2009 The time and space their defenders gave Hammond for the 2nd was shocking! Great finish by Lambert, that little slip would have been enough to make others lose their composure. Only got around to watching the Wycombe highlights today on OS and was impressed at his shooting ability from outside the box. Glad we have sussed out that he isn't just an aerial target man which we seemed to get stuck in a rut with earlier on in the season.
Torres Posted 7 December, 2009 Posted 7 December, 2009 The time and space their defenders gave Hammond for the 2nd was shocking! Great finish by Lambert, that little slip would have been enough to make others lose their composure. TBF we kinda caught them on the break, plus it was a lucky rebound straight into his path.
Torres Posted 7 December, 2009 Posted 7 December, 2009 His standing foot actually slipped from under him (a Bambi on ice moment) but he still had time to steady and compose himself before slotting it away. Intentional dummy
Vegas Posted 7 December, 2009 Posted 7 December, 2009 or you can look here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3XyhC8vWHI Thanks for that! I'll definitely have to look into the proxy settings as well.
suewhistle Posted 7 December, 2009 Posted 7 December, 2009 The time and space their defenders gave Hammond for the 2nd was shocking! Nice to see 4 Saints players in the box though, and all moving and making space. PS thanks for the youtube guys as I can't get iplayer.
