S-Clarke Posted 3 December, 2009 Posted 3 December, 2009 Just bloody relegate them, put them in admin and have done with it.
tonibell Posted 3 December, 2009 Posted 3 December, 2009 Just bloody relegate them, put them in admin and have done with it. Agree
krissyboy31 Posted 3 December, 2009 Posted 3 December, 2009 They are such a stellar club that players will play for them for nothing! Obviously!!!
S-Clarke Posted 3 December, 2009 Posted 3 December, 2009 I think it's quite amusing though, that they've been taken over, not once - but twice, by the poorest arabs around.
NickG Posted 3 December, 2009 Author Posted 3 December, 2009 I think it's quite amusing though, that they've been taken over, not once - but twice, by the poorest arabs around. I can't afford to clear their debts or pay their players. I think I might have a go.
S-Clarke Posted 3 December, 2009 Posted 3 December, 2009 I can't afford to clear their debts or pay their players. I think I might have a go. They should get Wilde and co in there. We could save them some money by sending them all our unused "Lets go Wilde ®" memorabilia too. We're always looking to help out our fishy friends.
Dark Munster Posted 3 December, 2009 Posted 3 December, 2009 Just bloody relegate them, put them in admin and have done with it. No, no, no ... they mustn't go into admin yet. Let them "do a Lowe", and wait until after the administration deadline next Spring, so that they can carry their 9 or 10 (or maybe 25?) point penalty into next season in the CCC.
dubai_phil Posted 3 December, 2009 Posted 3 December, 2009 I think it's quite amusing though, that they've been taken over, not once - but twice, by the poorest arabs around. I love it when a plan comes together.
Verbal Posted 3 December, 2009 Posted 3 December, 2009 I love it when a plan comes together. Thanks, Phil Faraj.
Tac-tics Posted 3 December, 2009 Posted 3 December, 2009 Its ****ing outrageous, we would of surely been wounded up if it was us back then.
Arizona Posted 3 December, 2009 Posted 3 December, 2009 Imagine if they went into administration now. They could be on negative points at Christmas.
Arizona Posted 3 December, 2009 Posted 3 December, 2009 Probably because it was a duplicate and this one had more replies.
for_heaven's_Saint Posted 3 December, 2009 Posted 3 December, 2009 I like this reply on the comments: Paul Brown (Portsmouth fan) says... Oh dear another embarrassment for Pompey! i for one won't be going to Fratton Park for a while because i don't know where my money is going. Administration beckons and points reduction to follow will be just about right now. Let's hope all of the fans are this stupid. Which, judging by their attendance so far this season, they are.
saint lard Posted 3 December, 2009 Posted 3 December, 2009 This soap opera can't go on much longer, someone needs to make a decision, admin now or drag it out until they are on the brink of oblivion.
pittdogg Posted 3 December, 2009 Posted 3 December, 2009 saints out of relegation- bound to happen sooner or later, dirty pompey still at the bootom with mounting debts- F#####G PRICELES some things money cant buy...............for every thing else theres mastercard
stockportsaint Posted 4 December, 2009 Posted 4 December, 2009 No, no, no ... they mustn't go into admin yet. Let them "do a Lowe", and wait until after the administration deadline next Spring, so that they can carry their 9 or 10 (or maybe 25?) point penalty into next season in the CCC. Pretty sure that rule only applies in the Football League, and that there is no equivalent rule in the Premiership, so they could go into admin whenever as they wouldn't get a points penalty.
hypochondriac Posted 4 December, 2009 Posted 4 December, 2009 Pretty sure that rule only applies in the Football League, and that there is no equivalent rule in the Premiership, so they could go into admin whenever as they wouldn't get a points penalty. Wrong. It's a 9 point deduction in the prem.
Rocker268 Posted 4 December, 2009 Posted 4 December, 2009 Its ****ing outrageous, we would of surely been wounded up if it was us back then. I think any team outside of the Prem would have official investigations called in and more than likely be in admin. It's ridiculous the difference the FA puts on the leagues!
