PS3 internet connection

So the wife has got me a PS3 for xmas.

 

However when I try to connect it up to my wireless network it always says ip adress timed out?

 

Any clues anyone?

Oh, not this again, this happens on everyones Ps3 for the first time, i got mine sorted however took me ages to sort out a mates, i did at first but then it begins to time out again.

 

Try changing the channel that your router uses

Yeah im trying to run it off my normal wireless network that I use for my laptop.

It's not Christmas yet.....try it again when you're allowed to use it, naughty boy.
