Hahah probably, although I never been so I dunno what it's like. They are complaining about everything on that link. I don't even know where Rotherham is!

It's a suburb of Sheffield where they used to make a lot of steel. When you used to drive up the M1 there was a big Sheffield steelworks on the left (now Meadowhall) and Rotherham was on the right and there used to be a big yellow sulphorous fog over both of them so you had to hold your nose as you were driving past. The coal mines have now closed as well so the place is a lot cleaner but there's no work. They're decent people who support a club with no stadium and no money but after our recent past I can't really sympathise with them. To be honest, I hope that Luton get through and that we have a big gate because I think that they need the money even more than Rotherham.

Fair enough, cheers for that bit of info. I been to Sheffield before so I guess it's much the same... I see that the Chuckle Brothers support Rotherham too! Interesting stuff... I agree with wanting Luton to get through though, think it would be a more interesting tie too.

Came by Millmoor on Wednesday on the train back from Hartlepool. Work is ongoing on the new stand.

I hope all goes well for them. Traditional football clubs like Rotherham are the life and soul of English towns. I see that they had to lodge a bond of £750,000 in order to play outside the town's boundaries and they have to return within four years (by August 2012?) or lose their golden share.

I just hope we get through the tie.

100% correct. It is all about just winning, getting through to the 4th round and having another chance at getting a good draw.

Also, having less important games in January could help - is it right that Jaidi and Waigo could both be off to the African Cup of Nations?
