What a shame I missed that - probably because I've only just taken you off 'ignore'.

It must have been a very short list, however.

I have one point too - from Ponty - for something so insignificant I can't remember my sin.

Lies. You've never had an infraction. You're just trying to fit in with the cool kids smoking behind the bike sheds.

This whole thread and Baj's handling of it / re-infracting just serves to highlight what a poor, crumbling version of Keith's SaintsForever this forum has become. You're now only able to talk about and laugh at the things that the SuperMods want you to: It's the scripted, sit there and politely clap, canned laughter alternative to SaintsForever's ad-libbed, stand up comedy genius.

R.I.P. Fun.

farce of a forum TBH.

Didn't Essruu have a forum ? whatever happened to it ? "anyone can open a shop, its keeping it open, thats the difficult part"

Always makes me laugh when people come on here and c nt off the forum yet still view, still post and more importantly is STILL AROUND for them to do the same even though they financially contributed nothing to it, clearly those that are running this site have learnt from the mistakes of those before them, so, don't be bitter Essruu, you had a go, it failed, move on.

I have only been infracted once.

Was a scary experience for me. Every night I lay there, shivering and scared.. wondering when I will recieve the next infraction. OH NOEEEEEES.

Mod Power (does a Hitler stance)

I think you're confusing being infracted with the weekend that you gave up heroin.

You do realise that Ess deliberately closed his forum because he couldn't be bothered to mod it anymore?

And don't get me wrong, the forum is still good, it's just a lot worse than it was a few years ago.

Who pulled your tampon string ?? so non subscribers can't voice an opinion? being a ' registered user' means you can't pm and can only post 3 times every 24 hours, nothing about not having an opinion re this forum. Don't be such a drama queen.

And you choose one of the posts to slate the very forum you are posting on, strange.

Why don't you an Essruu create your own forum then you can put into practice how a site should be run, Essruu had one but couldn't be 'bothered' to continue with it, apparently, so thats where you can come in and assist or do you simply find it easier to knock those that can be bothered.

If I didn't like somewhere I wouldn't go there oppose to go there on a very regular basis and say how sh1te it is.

Is it hard to understand that people like the site but feel it has gone downhill a lot since the S4E days? Are people just supposed to think it's perfect because they visit here? I like the BBC sport website but there are a lot of things I could criticise about it as well.

I was but didn't and don't take a forum serious enough to monitor its overall content, I post on and read threads that interest me and ignore those that don't

Here is my main criticism. In the past, the lounge and the muppet show were in together. They changed the rules so that if a topic was serious people put a * in the title. It meant that the banter people and the lounge people mixed in together and many threads were more entertaining. For me it wasn't the threads I was interested in which were the best ones but the ones which seemed very dull but then developed into something much better.

S4E was a bit like going down the pub. You had the whole immature and gross thing with crab lungs posting tub girl every five minutes and no one took it particularly seriously, even on the main board. There was relentless ****taking which was probably the best part with new posters having to catch on quick or they became victims themselves.

In many ways TSW is a victim of its own success. Its become more mainstream and legitimate (even the club use it) and widely known. More children use it and as a consequence you can't have any of the adult content or conversations anymore. Anything controversial or developing into comedic ****taking is swiftly locked before it gets going. In the old days there were tons on "golden" threads that you wouldn't mind revisiting to get a laugh. How many genuinely hilarious threads do you get now? I can't think of any since TSW was created. I realise many people will say that's not what the saints board is for, but for me and a few others it was the best part of the original forum so it's a shame.

That's not to say that I don't think the forum is good. It's great to find out info, get opinions on news amongst other things. It's just lacking quite a bit from what it used to be. Is it a crime to think that?

I have never recieved an infraction and think that the mods on here are fair and just. There is never any indiscrepancy in the handing out of punishments and people who suggest there are seem to be the trouble makers. If you play by the rules then you have nothing to worry about. The rules are here to make the forum as interesting as can be and sticking to those rules has made the forum a much better place (IMO) than it used to be. In the old days there were people joking about and making pointless and often sarcastic comments.

Except thats not true because youve never had an infraction.

I've had two.

Maybe it was before your servers went mammaries-up and everything got deleted. I've definitely had two.

I'm not proud of them and, hey, you kids out there, stay off the infractions.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to lock this thread soon folks. It started off as a perfectly innocent question by the OP but as usual has descended into childish bickering and name-calling. Please all play by the rules and try and get on. This forum relies heavily on peace and harmony between all members- both full members and registered users. The last thing we want is an "us" and "them" situation arising.

I could lock this thread if I wanted - done it a few times before if I dont agree with the topic or if i'm losing an arguement.

Sometimes I just lock threads for a laugh.

"No no no no no" and you accuse me of being a drama queen ?

You have posted criticism of the mods in the past and went on to say how you were glad you never paid a fiver but if it were not for those that did pay a fiver then this site may not have been about for you to post your criticisms on, if you do on the whole like the board why not ask your mum or dad for the fiver so you can financially contribute to it.
