the saint in winchester Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 the Norwich commentator is getting orgasmic!!!
dubai_phil Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 feck, time for dinner have only heard two goals for them so far
Saintjersey Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 We really need to sort out our defence.
brightspark Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 jaidi.....like a big plank lol according to merrnigton How on earth is he like a "big plank". Is a big plank wide? tall? made of lead?
the saint in winchester Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 someone will won 3-2 - that is obvious! Hope it's us.
ericofarabia Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 I'd like to give him credit for reacting to the way the 2nd half started. Norwich still sound dangerous but we seem to have the upper hand again since the change. Now Norwich doing a double sub. this has often been a problem for us in the past, not figuring out who to shape up to the opposition subs. Fingers x'd I've got 2-1 on the prediction thingy but will happily drop a few points for a 3 or 4 -1 win Damn damn and damn  2-2 sub scores. Another Davis parry out slammed in.
Yate Saint Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 I'm getting really tired of us conceding all these goals now. Defence on paper aint that bad ffs.
brightspark Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 Maybe in January... a defender becomes priority?
Window Cleaner Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 We really need to sort out our defence. nothing new there then. Our defence is a disaster.Has been from day 1 of the season.Changed around a lot since but still ships goals every time.
SO16_Saint Posted 21 November, 2009 Author Posted 21 November, 2009 ooh low shot saved from spiderman. corner
Victor Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 Give it a rest Victor and go and take your medication. How very dare you associate me with alpine!!!!!
bug187 Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 Looks like normal service resumed then. There was me begining to believe the hype. A decent defence is an absolute must.
Window Cleaner Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 Damn damn and damn  2-2 sub scores. Another Davis parry out slammed in. we really need to think about changing the keeper now, well not right now but before the next league game.
Rasiak-9- Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 Jaidi is terrible and whilst Trotman would be ok with a more athletic partner at the back they both end up as a terrible partnership, Hardings great and Murtys ok but really only 1 out of our 4 is that good. We know what we need in January, splash the cash please Mr Liebherr
Window Cleaner Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 Murty 40 yard winner anyone? Yeah right, doesn't happen in first team football.
obelisk Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 we really need to think about changing the keeper now, well not right now but before the next league game.I have been thinking the same myself.
Wildgoose Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 I was going to say at 2-1 that I've got a similar feeling to when we played Bristol Rovers at home.....twice in front then lost 2-3. I hope we can go on to win it this time...... time to show our mettle!
sadoldgit Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 How very dare you associate me with alpine!!!!! My sincere apologies, it was the Meldrew type of Victor I was going for.
brightspark Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 Murty 40 yard winner anyone? lightening doesn't strike twice and all that.
jam Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 Pardew is going for the draw by taking him off and putting Murty on, isnt he ? FFS. That never works. We are going to lose, and I am really wondering about AP now. Burley Mark 2... The switch was to put james into center midfiield and allow Hammond, Adam and Morgan to alternate in the wide midfield positions. It's strengthened both defence and midfield and up until their goal (which I missed!) we're much better for it. (I was slightly surprised by the switch too)
Victor Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 Jaidi is terrible and whilst Trotman would be ok with a more athletic partner at the back they both end up as a terrible partnership, Hardings great and Murtys ok but really only 1 out of our 4 is that good. We know what we need in January, splash the cash please Mr Liebherr 'they both end up as a terrible partnership' - how can just one of them end up as a terrible partnership?
SO16_Saint Posted 21 November, 2009 Author Posted 21 November, 2009 Come on Defence.. sort your sh.it out
ericofarabia Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 LOL at the radio comment using the old TV classic .... you'll not be able to take your ears off this match Jaidhi pulled out off place gives away a free kick and gets a booking All Carrot crunchers now.
Wildgoose Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 About time we got a spectacular winner instead of it going the other way.....COYR Lambert to score it ;-)
Rasiak-9- Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 'they both end up as a terrible partnership' - how can just one of them end up as a terrible partnership? I'm saying that Trotmans not bad but Jaidi and him are too similar (and Jaidi sucks) so we have no pace at the back so whilst I think Trotman can do a job, with Jaidi he becomes totally useless.
SO16_Saint Posted 21 November, 2009 Author Posted 21 November, 2009 stop frking jabbering about feck all and commentate!
Victor Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 My sincere apologies, it was the Meldrew type of Victor I was going for. Accepted - but actually I AM the Meldrew type of Victor.
alpine_saint Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 LOL, once again Alpine you show that you are totally clueless. LOL again. Were all doomed, doomed I tell you. LOL You are a sad obsessed little pigmy. Norwich have scored a second, btw.
Chris Larkin Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 Yeah right, doesn't happen in first team football. Chris Baird at home against Cardiff, 06/07? Might not have been 40 yards, but it was some outrageous distance, completely from nowhere. I wish we could have him back.
sadoldgit Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 You are a sad obsessed little pigmy. Norwich have scored a second, btw. Yep time to go slit your wrists then. I can live with a draw with Norwich.
alpine_saint Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 This has Britsol Rovers written all over it.
ericofarabia Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 End to end stuff, near miss for them then Connolly at the other end sends one just wide. No way either side settling for 2-2. Lambo off (way under par) Papa comes on ... the new Super Sub replacing Antonio
the saint in winchester Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 Huh? Lambert off? Papa on! Norwich commentary confused. I am too.
Glasgow_Saint Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 Saints have Italian owners apparently
alpine_saint Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 Yep time to go slit your wrists then. I can live with a draw with Norwich. As you could live with your Rupert Lowe / George Burley dream team...
gjphilsaint Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 if we do not win it will be another 2 games before we could get out of the bottom 4
the saint in winchester Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 Papa offside! Quelle surprise. Norwich commentary smug - they sure they will win this.
gjphilsaint Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 Lambert has had flu like symptoms for over a week now
Window Cleaner Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 if we do not win it will be another 2 games before we could get out of the bottom 4 like it was before today, the situation hasn't changed really.
ericofarabia Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 This has Britsol Rovers written all over it. By a dyslexic graffitti artist
the saint in winchester Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 Saints have Italian owners apparently Yeah, I was confused too. I suppose the name Cortese sounds Italian. :-)
sadoldgit Posted 21 November, 2009 Posted 21 November, 2009 As you could live with your Rupert Lowe / George Burley dream team... You need to up the dose mate, its not working LOL
