small web page

Hi when i open a web page it opens in a small box

how do i make it open in full screen...thanks

Its when i start from my desktop clicking on a icon,the pages open small they use to

open in full screen with out clicking the top bar.

Or: Open a window (so it comes up small). Maximise it BY DRAGGING THE CORNER ie don't click the maximise button.

 

Then hold down ctrl, click file (using the mouse) and exit. Next time it should open full screen.
