hamster Posted 10 November, 2009 Share Posted 10 November, 2009 It will be dependant on the weather, but considering that it's cheaper if you buy before the day (ONLY £7.50 to see the best team in the league), I'd get myself down there later on today and hope the rain holds off tomorrow. Having said that, it's actually pretty brilliant getting drenched watching your team win, ask anyone who went to Brizzle How many will this be unbeaten if we pull it off? I am surprised that we are talking sub 15k tbh. If anyone has missed the last couple of home games, this is a great opportunity to get back into 'it'. Believe. JRM Posted 10 November, 2009 Share Posted 10 November, 2009 Just called up to get my ticket, Itchen sold out (except for Itchen - Chapel corner which is available) Northam sold out as is most of the kingsland - Northam corner. They have now just opened block 33 in Kingsland as well which is closer to the halfway line and will keep opening more blocks in the Kingsland as others sell out. With a large walk up on the day we could see almost 3 stands full which will be good.

SFKA South Woodford Posted 10 November, 2009 Share Posted 10 November, 2009 If we get over 15,000 that would be a very good attendance for this competition... Surely if the Itchen and Northam stands are almost fully sold out, then more than 15,000 must have been sold already? Wish I had waited to get my tickets now, as i'm in the Northam/Kingsland corner and would rather be in my normal seat, next to the centre line in the Kingsland, to get a better view. The posh seats in the Itchen and the Itchen South aren't sold out. The Northam is only 2 blocks and we've sold around 4 blocks of the Kingsland. Probably sold around 11,000 so far, IMO. The Northam is "sold out" as in you can't buy any more tickets there, but the stand certainly wont be full, we only have up to block 42, so blocks 43, 44, 45 will be empty and Charlton will have about half a block and will make no noise whatsever. The Itchen main is sold out, but a huge chunk of the Itchen is the executive seats which will have nobody in at all, and seats are still available in the Itchen Chapel corner. They said Kingsland were selling well and that is why block 33 had been opened, with other blocks to follow depending on sales + pre-match. saints_is_the_south Posted 10 November, 2009 Share Posted 10 November, 2009 Would have been better to open the Chapel before the Kingsland I'd have thought, would look better on TV anyway.

LeBenali Posted 10 November, 2009 Share Posted 10 November, 2009 cant see a lot doing a "walk up", finacially doesnt make sense.. (but I suppose supporting Saints never has :-) ) For me it'll only be another £1.50, and the same price regardless for my mate as he isn't a season ticket holder, hence why I'll wait for tomorrow to get a seat nearer my ST one nearer the halfway line in the Kingland.
