Dry Side for me, Row D, rubbish veiw, spent the first half try to duck so that i could see under the cross bar, second half spent most of it looking at a drainpipe. Did see the goals though. Ricky was unlucky with that free kick, although he didn't particularly look up for it all game. The Lino's were shocking as per usual. There was one incident in the 2nd half where their 'keeper made a fine diving save to tip it round the post and the lino gave a bloody goal kick! rubbish, good night out and good crowd as per.

Dry side, row E....much easier to see when you ducked :)

It's ironic that I was dry-side but my view was blocked by a big drainpipe.

The girlfriend is currently in discussions with Bristol Rovers ticket office re: not marking on their tickets that it was restricted view. Our two seats were on row B and directly behind a drainpipe so definitely the case of restricted view. Will let you know how we get on!

We had two seats in row B too! We were just to the right of the left-hand goalpost as you looked upfield, so we had stand support & drainpipe, goalpost, goal net, goalkeeper between us and the action. That and the slope of the pitch meant we were looking at the game from about knee-height. And we were getting wet from all the drips. Had a good view of our three goals, though, which made up for the poor view but as to what was happening at the other end, it was all a bid of a blur. I had one senior and one full-price but £18.50 was a lot for a seat with no view.

Yup - if you had looked to your left along about 20 seats at a guess (we were seat 80 & 81) you'd have seen me and the g/f behind the next drainpipe - think we paid £35.00 for our tickets - grrr

Any one else notice that as the game went on in the rain the ball in the air became more unpredictable. It suddenly dipped more than in the dry and some of the defenders on both sides found it difficult to judge. Might account for some of Thomas's strange play at times
