RedAndWhite91 Posted 4 November, 2009 Posted 4 November, 2009 Out of interest, what are you planning to email him?
Denzil Posted 4 November, 2009 Posted 4 November, 2009 Let's sign him up to some porn sites for a laugh.
Gigersaint Posted 4 November, 2009 Posted 4 November, 2009 nicola.cortese@saintsfc.co.uk Job done. If it is, I wonder how many emails he gets through before addressing ones of the day to day business of SFC... or he must have a complicated filter.
St Will Posted 5 November, 2009 Posted 5 November, 2009 nicola.cortese@saintsfc.co.uk Job done. Is that really it? Or was it just a guess?!
Nineteen Canteen Posted 5 November, 2009 Posted 5 November, 2009 Is that really it? Or was it just a guess?! Taxi for Colin?
Colinjb Posted 5 November, 2009 Posted 5 November, 2009 Is that really it? Or was it just a guess?! No, I actually correspond with Nicola on a day to day basis on a variety of matters, including updates on fan perception of their custodianship based on the cross section in this forum. Either that or it was complete ********. You decide!
saints_is_the_south Posted 5 November, 2009 Posted 5 November, 2009 David Luker's is dluker@saintsfc.co.uk so I'd hazard a guess at it being ncortese@saintsfc.co.uk
Atticus Finch of Maycomb Posted 5 November, 2009 Posted 5 November, 2009 Is that really it? Or was it just a guess?! you are so stupid
derry Posted 5 November, 2009 Posted 5 November, 2009 I'll check with his PA's parents on Wednesday if they are in her usual seats if you like. Otherwise try the two options given as they will be knocked out if incorrect.
benjii Posted 5 November, 2009 Posted 5 November, 2009 How about using the correct channels and not hassling the man?
Draino76 Posted 5 November, 2009 Posted 5 November, 2009 Email sent. (Re cheaper beer and travel for disabled people.) Will let you know the feedback.
The Kraken Posted 5 November, 2009 Posted 5 November, 2009 Email sent. (Re cheaper beer and travel for disabled people.) Will let you know the feedback. Bugger cheaper beer. I'd be happy to pay the current prices if the lager actually tasted like, you know, lager. I've truly never drunk such consistently terrible, weak, flat beer anywhere else. It's a disgrace really, cleaning the pipes properly and ensuring a half decent beer is really not all that difficult.
beatlesaint Posted 5 November, 2009 Posted 5 November, 2009 Email sent. (Re cheaper beer and travel for disabled people.) Will let you know the feedback. I thought those two questions were both asked and answered either on the Solent Forum or on the OS recently, or both ! Beer contract is tied in for the forseeable future and i cannot remember the answer about travel for disabled people but I'm sure it can be found in News Archive on the OS.
theyin Posted 5 November, 2009 Posted 5 November, 2009 has this become a beer and pie thread. If so, add me to the outcry. It was billed as bitter, it tasted like I would imagine a gulp full of the Itchen. Surely a deal could be struck with a local brewery like Ringwood which has plenty of decent offerings and if I may offer a suggestion or two for the lager. I spent the summer in Switzerland last year and found Basle's two breweries, Ueli and Unser, produced some fantastic lagers - coming from me - a die-hard ale drinker - that's saying something. P1ssed all over Carling/Foster's etc. And why can't Plested Pies (ok they're not brilliant but...) have the contract?
Bartosz Bialkowski Posted 5 November, 2009 Posted 5 November, 2009 Would everyone just STFU about the beer FFS, its embarrassing.
Redondo Saint Posted 5 November, 2009 Posted 5 November, 2009 I thought those two questions were both asked and answered either on the Solent Forum or on the OS recently, or both ! Beer contract is tied in for the forseeable future and i cannot remember the answer about travel for disabled people but I'm sure it can be found in News Archive on the OS. If the beer is not up to standard (taste, quality, etc) as the same beer in other pubs/bars and this can be proved, it would be reasonable grounds for cancelling the contract.
chocco boxo Posted 5 November, 2009 Posted 5 November, 2009 We are now in the correct Division that relates to our beer! Perhaps within the 5 year plan we will have Premiership beer for a Premiership team!

a1ex2001 Posted 5 November, 2009 Posted 5 November, 2009 Why on earth should someone get cheaper beer because they are disabled, ridiculous! Just be happy that you got all the good parking spots and don't get tickets for parking on yellow lines and then go away.
CWD Posted 5 November, 2009 Author Posted 5 November, 2009 Out of interest, what are you planning to email him? Its just something charity related, but its only early days Thanks for the help guys!

I have a share in Unser Bier, cost 300sfr, as they had a share issue recently to assist in moving to bigger premises. It is a cooperative and the dividend is paid annually by way of a night of, drink as much as you can, at the brewery. Ueli Bier comes from klein (small) Basel, across the river, and is "exported", so they say, to Basel itself. I think Shure Chicken Balti Pies I had in the prem days when we played Bradford away were brilliant, couldn't stop at one.
