ladysaint Posted 2 November, 2009 Posted 2 November, 2009 (edited) Spot the beach(ball), sorry about the quality had a few too many I think. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/forum/album.php?albumid=45 Edited 2 November, 2009 by ladysaint
CHAPEL END CHARLIE Posted 2 November, 2009 Posted 2 November, 2009 As we're not using our corners either perhaps we should follow the Orient's example - knock them down and put up a block of flats . A nice little earner for Mr Liebherr .
SW11_Saint Posted 2 November, 2009 Posted 2 November, 2009 Hadn't realised their ground had been so developed (rebuilt?). Looks quite nice. Last time I was there was to watch Glen ****erill and it was falling apart...
ladysaint Posted 2 November, 2009 Author Posted 2 November, 2009 The new stand is very nice but the ground has flats in each corner and it was strange to see a guy sat on his balcony with a cuppa reading his paper whilst the game was being played.
SET Posted 2 November, 2009 Posted 2 November, 2009 kinda short sighted the flats idea, great for short term income but what happens if they go on a run up the leagues, there is no room for expansion
simonsaints1 Posted 3 November, 2009 Posted 3 November, 2009 Must credit the O's fans-one of the few places we go to these days where the opposition actually sing and get behind their team.
Patrick Bateman Posted 3 November, 2009 Posted 3 November, 2009 can't view. i need to pay the £5 : How ridiculous, I'm not that desperate to see pictures of people at a match.
SO16_Saint Posted 3 November, 2009 Posted 3 November, 2009 Seems bl**dy dark for a 3.00pm game ???? was just going to say the same thing - it looks like a night match!
Mao Cap Posted 3 November, 2009 Posted 3 November, 2009 Is this a joke? As modern-day home crowds go, Orient weren't bad and a lot better than I expected. Not great or anything, but you could see all three home stands give it a bit of a go at various points, which is quite unusual. Nice little ground as well - odd-looking with the flats, but in a good way.
Ash Posted 3 November, 2009 Posted 3 November, 2009 How ridiculous, I'm not that desperate to see pictures of people at a match. Absolutely. What ********. I don't pay to go into the Tate Modern, I'm certainly not paying to see ladysaint's pictures of Leyton Orient.
