It has got me thinking that in the last five games we have not conceded when going to the

4-4-2, as we are on paper a much better football team than most of those in our league, does the 4-4-2 keep the other team pressed back?

 

Can it be a system that can work from the kick off as you might burn out Connolly and Lambert when they are chasing down the defenders?

 

Also the right midfielder option with Papa and Ant, can they play together or does it work well as it is because both of them are super charged up to keep attacking the flank?

 

Discuss please, but remember I'm not trying to tell AP how to do his job as I just love to talk about the technical side of football.
