Genk Posted 1 November, 2009 Share Posted 1 November, 2009 Looking forward to this one in December. Can't decide how to get up there. £80 on the train is quite a lot but then again 7 hours on a coach is a long time. How are others getting up there? RonManager Posted 1 November, 2009 Share Posted 1 November, 2009 Train, but holding off buying as it could be live and get moved to Sunday.
RedAndWhite91 Posted 1 November, 2009 Share Posted 1 November, 2009 Will probably go on the coach - Went to Carlisle on the coach and that was about 6 hours each way so Leeds won't seem too far compared to that!
ericofarabia Posted 1 November, 2009 Share Posted 1 November, 2009 Flying from Dubai A few days earlier admittedly, final part of the journey by train from Leigh Lancashire.

Sour Mash Posted 2 November, 2009 Share Posted 2 November, 2009 Train, but holding off buying as it could be live and get moved to Sunday. sticksaint Posted 5 November, 2009 Share Posted 5 November, 2009 If you`re looking for a place to drink:the german market will be open at Millenium Square(5 mins from the train station).Last year there were bouncers on the door so not too sure if they will let away fans into the beer tent ....... St Will Posted 12 November, 2009 Share Posted 12 November, 2009 I am going to be driving up from North Hampshire. I'm originally from Wakefield, so I know Leeds well. I might be up for car sharing if anybody would like a ride up there? I imagine it'll take quite a while on a coach - I don't hang around so should get there in 3 hours. If anybody is interested, let me know!
bungle Posted 12 November, 2009 Share Posted 12 November, 2009 Can't find any advance fares from Bath, so might have to give this one a miss. Usually would be happy about that, but if we are still in form it could be a corking game. Hmmm.

Andy_Porter Posted 13 November, 2009 Share Posted 13 November, 2009 Massive game for us. If we beat Leeds away then I'll be in for a good Christmas, my mum's side of the family are all Leeds fans so should be interesting.

Saint_Jonny Posted 29 November, 2009 Share Posted 29 November, 2009 Ticket details up for this one on the OS, 1119 tickets in the initial allocation, could get another 600 if demand is there (which we would all expect to happen!) This is the biggest away trip of the season for me, an away trip to a big stadium against a big team! Shame about the £26 ticket price with sod all concession for teens / students! MELKSHAMSAINT Posted 3 December, 2009 Share Posted 3 December, 2009 Looking forward to this one. Going with my 2 boys and my brother and his 2 kids who live in Nottingham if we can get tickets that is. Was looking at other League One websites and noticed that Leyton Orient fans were only charged £21 for adult prices for Leeds away. Was slightly annoyed but then realised that was played on a Tuesday night so Leeds probably cut prices for them. They know that we have a big away following so obviously they are trying to make as much from us as they can. Anyway this is our first away game of the season so really looking forward to it

This Charming Man Posted 7 December, 2009 Share Posted 7 December, 2009 According to the OS we have sold 700 tickets already so the club have requested extra tickets, our allocation is now 1700, appears we have to sell the lot by tomorrow to get the full allocation (no chance of that happening) so I reckon we'll have sold our allocation by the time this comes round. Good stuff.

knellster Posted 8 December, 2009 Share Posted 8 December, 2009 For those that are driving please don't be tempted to park on the pavement near the ground. There's a road going up the hill near The Pea**** pub that always has cars parked on the very wide pavement which makes people think it's ok, but when you come out after the game you'll see tickets on all of them. Also, unless it's changed since I was living up there The Pea**** pub is strictly home supporters only and the bouncers check match tickets to stop away fans getting in.
