I have acquired a 450mm galvanised pipe flag pole which is split into 4 x 5 foot pieces that screw together.. I wish to cement a 350mm galvanised pipe into the ground, over which I shall "sleeve" the Flag Pole.

This will aid removal for decoration, maintenance etc. I need to know the depth of the 350mm pipe below ground and its height above ground please?

A 45cm flag pole? Where did you get that from Legoland? Or are we talking pipe circumference as oppose to height? Nonetheless an unusual post and I kind of hope 450mm is the height as I guess cement may not be required. Good job they come in screw together pieces otherwise you may have needed to take the gararge doors off to get it inside.

Syria is not covered by the World Trade Organisation and their patents

You can buy Vega, a local derivative of Viagra. It is 1/10th the price of the original.

I am sure that this will help you get it up for as long as you want

Can I suggest you address you enquiry to a Consultant Structural Engineer, they will be of more use. I am happy to design a base for you, my company charge me out at between £80-£95 per hour. I will be happy to do this for you for £70 per hour (cash only). :D

However I will suggest that you use concrete rather than cement on its own (no charge).
