CWD Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 Exactly the same scorers in the same order.... What a result that is, Im back in love with SFC
RinNY Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 Coming back from a goal down, putting the game away at the end with an extra time goal: these are the signs of a good team! fantastic result!
Leicestersaint Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 Great result - four wins in a row! Keep this up and anything is possible!
sussexsaint Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 MK Dons commentator in his summary said we were the best team he has seen play all season. We came from behind and didn't stop attacking right till the final whistle. Epic I am truely proud to be a Saints fan and I don't care that we are in the relegation zone of league 1
Danish Saint Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 3-1 to the Saints....and again and again....... PARDEWS RED AND WHITE ARMY!
hypochondriac Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 I'm at the ground. We controlled it throughout. Antonio was immense. Everyone is still chanting and singing and on a high. Great times
Tac-tics Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 My semi is now a full blown boner Who are you? Who did you use to be?

WestSaint Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 Fantastic result - well done Saints Great substitutions from Pardew with changes in formation
Mr Sparky Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 Three more points and £5 on 3-1 @ 20/1 thanks Saints. Saturdays are getting better and better.
saint lard Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 Sounded inspired substitutions,Antonio seemed to be part of everything good about the second half. Connolly added another dimension and proved very effective. Scoring for fun it seems.
ulstersaint Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 For the first time for a very long time I was confident we would win when 0-1 down at HT, and confident that we not let it slip when we got to 2-1. Thanks AP, Nicole and Marcus for rebuilding our club.
dubai_phil Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 See I TOLD YOU, DP has 2-1 in the Prediction league and so of course we were going to get a last second third goal We are on the move Poor scoreline though I mean 3-1 is our standard away score these days should be doing better at home
Micky Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 mk dons commentator in his summary said we were the best team he has seen play all season. We came from behind and didn't stop attacking right till the final whistle. Epic i am truely proud to be a saints fan and i don't care that we are in the relegation zone of league 1 d i t t o
CWD Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 NOoooooooooo, not the kiss of death lol sorry, you dont believe in all that crap do u? come on we're unbeatable!
Tac-tics Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 AP for manager of the month surely??! Was only out of him or Ince so I imagine so.
Stu Man Do Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 AP for manager of the month surely??! NOOOOOOOOO!! You know what that would mean in the very next game! lol Bring on the Orient next weekend and hopefully getting ourselves out of the relegation zone then onwards and upwards!
St Landrew Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 I haven't felt this happy about Saints since 4th place in the Premiership.
Stepgar Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 AP for manager of the month surely??! Don;t want tog ive him the kiss of death, so no thanks. Even though he thoroughly deserves it.
leithsaint Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 Walking around the flat counting off the last three minutes, third goal scored i let out the loudest cheer so far this season. Great result. Antonio seemed to really change the game, giving them an extra dimension. The two lads up front at the end there are clearly of a high quality for this league.
Mr Saints Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 I love football. Pardew differrent class, superb decisions with the subs. Hopefully Reading will receive a phone call on Monday morning asking for Antonio's loan to be extended until the end of the season. COYR!!!
suewhistle Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 "Ho hum, I was thinking before the game that having a big expectant crowd always seems to backfire on Saints. Not necessarily how well they play but the infernal bloomin result.." I take it all back! Finally!! What do we reckon the crowd will be next home game? The Italians can't believe we get 20K+ for 3rd division football.
Plumstead_Saint Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 For the first time for a very long time I was confident we would win when 0-1 down at HT, and confident that we not let it slip when we got to 2-1. Thanks AP, Nicole and Marcus for rebuilding our club. What he said. Really looking forward to next Saturday
brightspark Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 Thrilled with the way we have won this game. MK Dons were a great test for us. They have a fantastic goals against record and are in good form. Sounds like we were by far the better team today. Kept our composure and ended up with a well earned 3 points. The confidence will now soar especially after coming from behind. We will believe we can win wherever we go. Another win against a poor Leyton Orient side next week could have us out the bottom 3. Come on boys, believe!!!
ericofarabia Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 i'm at the ground. We controlled it throughout. Antonio was immense. Everyone is still chanting and singing and on a high. Great times wish i was there
SOTONS EAST SIDE Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 A win against L.O on tuesday, and we could possibly be 18th. :smt040
leithsaint Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 Good point. Trotman, Mellis and Antonio may not be here for too much longer.

Psycrow Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 Ladies and Gentlemen, the prime example of the problem with Saints fans. Half Time Reaction what a load of crap! normal service resumed!! Full Time Reaction yipeeeee easy, easy, easy!!!
ART Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 Seeing is believing and I'm actually beginning to believe. A wonderful result and a goal for each time I posted. spanish saint can you please PM or email me for what you require. I cannot PM or post anymore today but will help you.
jonesyboyo Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 3-1, we always win 3-1, we always win 3-1 etc.
sussexsaint Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 Good point. Trotman, Mellis and Antonio may not be here for too much longer. Why on earth would they want to play for anyone else? for too long we have lost players that way about time we gained a few
Dalek2003 Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 At last, the first manager since WGS that knows what he is doing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ericofarabia Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 inspired subs well done AP. Glad to be proven wrong....in the end. Completely mmissed the first half. WHat did i miss? A Plan B and timed to perfection .... I can't beleive it Whatever Inces HT team talk was to try and change the pressure they were under (but winning !!) from the 1st half was completely undone by Pardews Fergiesque tactical change was amazing
John B Posted 24 October, 2009 Posted 24 October, 2009 I love football. Pardew differrent class, superb decisions with the subs. Hopefully Reading will receive a phone call on Monday morning asking for Antonio's loan to be extended until the end of the season. COYR!!! Yes but if he had played 4 4 2 at the start what would the score have been. I dont think the subs were inspired they were obvious as most of the posters on here were saying
