Ciggies, adults and kids!!

Maybe she'd have been better giving him one rather than trying to stop the little scrote. Or would she have gone down for that?

I accept that we/I don't know all the facts, but come on???

Some facts you might have glossed over...

She is a head teacher in a school.

He is a pupil at said school.

The article made it even easier to decipher these facts when they discussed 'exclusion from school' - I'm not sure it can be made any simpler than that :smt102

The legal age for purchasing and smoking cigarettes is 18 years.

The legal age for leaving school - I imagine the little toerag in question isn't one for further education - is the last Friday in July of the child's 16th year [16 years old ;) ].

Ergo the 'scrote' was breaking the law.

I'm on the side of the teacher, and I am an 18 year old lad. Lots of kids who went to my school were in need of a slap, including me at times. This shouldn't be news, the teacher shouldn't be prosecuted, the lad shouldn't wear pink earmuffs.
