hamster Posted 20 October, 2009 Share Posted 20 October, 2009 Ciggies, adults and kids!! Maybe she'd have been better giving him one rather than trying to stop the little scrote. Or would she have gone down for that? I accept that we/I don't know all the facts, but come on???
Weston Super Saint Posted 20 October, 2009 Share Posted 20 October, 2009 Ciggies, adults and kids!! Maybe she'd have been better giving him one rather than trying to stop the little scrote. Or would she have gone down for that? I accept that we/I don't know all the facts, but come on??? Some facts you might have glossed over... She is a head teacher in a school. He is a pupil at said school. The article made it even easier to decipher these facts when they discussed 'exclusion from school' - I'm not sure it can be made any simpler than that :smt102 The legal age for purchasing and smoking cigarettes is 18 years. The legal age for leaving school - I imagine the little toerag in question isn't one for further education - is the last Friday in July of the child's 16th year [16 years old ]. Ergo the 'scrote' was breaking the law.
RedAndWhite91 Posted 20 October, 2009 Share Posted 20 October, 2009 I'm on the side of the teacher, and I am an 18 year old lad. Lots of kids who went to my school were in need of a slap, including me at times. This shouldn't be news, the teacher shouldn't be prosecuted, the lad shouldn't wear pink earmuffs. LGTL Posted 20 October, 2009 Share Posted 20 October, 2009 If I was on the jury, as soon as I heard the words "Forest Education Centre" id find her not guilty.
