dubai_phil Posted 10 October, 2009 Posted 10 October, 2009 Was just checking the L1 scores on Soccernet and see he got a Red Card in the 85th minute for Salisbury today in their 1-0 win over York City Won't make the cheap shot comparison to Ollie Lancashire (oops) but anyone go/got more info?
Smirking_Saint Posted 11 October, 2009 Posted 11 October, 2009 Surely he can't be worse then Ollie 'bambie on ice' lancadire
flymo Posted 11 October, 2009 Posted 11 October, 2009 was foolishly looking the other way when the incident happened, but he was the last man and didn't seem to kick up much of a fuss about his red. thought he had a reasonable game when taking into account his age against a decent York side. Interestingly James, Lancashire and Molyneux were all in attendance.
Colinjb Posted 11 October, 2009 Posted 11 October, 2009 Interestingly James, Lancashire and Molyneux were all in attendance. Looking at their future?

And why would the others be in Salisbury on a weekend off? Jeez I thought most there tried to get out of it every weekend:-)
Bourne Valley Saint Posted 11 October, 2009 Posted 11 October, 2009 He was a little unlucky to be sent off. I spoke to a league referee at the end and he said it was harsh. I thought Tafazolli played well amongst a young Salisbury defence who were under the cosh for 86 minutes!
SaintBobby Posted 11 October, 2009 Posted 11 October, 2009 I've only see him play once - at the pre-season game v Newport. He was pretty impressive. Tall, strong and good at getting forward. He took a penalty and scored too.
