only heard Barnes yesterday saying how he was quite happy and the chairman hadn't giving him the dreaded vote of confidence.

It seems he was even getting booed when they were leading the other day.

I am all for giving managers time, but John Barnes?? Really.

 

Where has he ever given the evidence that he can manage??

What I do know is that they sold over half their starting XI from last year, brought in a totally new manager, and gave him until the first week of October. That is ridiculous.

Getting fed up with the amount of managers losing their jobs so early into their seasons/careers. Why give Barnes the job if you're not going to give him a fair chance? And Peter Taylor at Wycombe - he got them promoted last season ffs. 11 games in, that's all forgotten about, you're out.

How can they sack him now,we are not due to play them for ages. Long time for them to wait before appointing a new man on the eve of playing us.
