If you mean you want to play games that aren't solely based around graphics like Company Of Heroes, Sims, FM etc I'd suggest a high spec processor and at least 4GB ram, with a decent video card too. Would probably be able to knock something together on the Dell site for around 800 quid... and there is plenty of Dell discount codes online around to bring it down a bit further.
