I am pleased to say I have more than 1 favourite

 

Lambert the lad is class proper centre forward

Morgan fantastic footballer love to watch him pinging passes

Harding very good signing love his effort

Trottman will be a great centre back he will play in the prem

I've always really liked the "fancy dan" type footballers (e.g. Svensson & Fernandes from the recent past), rather than the limited but whole hearted ones.

 

From the current squad its therefore Morgan & Lallana who even if they dont always have an end product, I would have them in every time, as I could watch them all day long.

In fact I'm quite surprised and happy at the number of fans on this thread who are saying Morgan considering the amount he gets slated. Good to see I'm not alone in my love of class players with no end product!

 

Always liked Saga too, though his time at the Saints is now done.

 

Davis for being a top bloke & Harding for being surprisingly good also get a mention.

I like to see comitted players willing to fight for a cause. Unlike previous seasons we seem to have several players who are willing to get stuck in for the good of the team.

For a few seasons now, I’ve struggled to find a favourite player, however, this year it’s not because our players are crap, but because I’m spoilt for choice:

 

KD, probably the best keeper in L1 and shown us a huge amount of loyalty when on a couple of occasions it would have been easier for him to walk away.

Trotman & Jaidi look solid.

Harding looks class and you can see how committed he is by the way he harangues the ball-boys when we have a throw-in.

Hammond seems to have the middle sewn-up

Lambert is proven quality and will score plenty for us

 

I guess if I had to choose only one, it would currently be Harding.

 

 

For me the future looks bright, the future is red & white.
