Legod Third Coming Posted 2 October, 2009 Share Posted 2 October, 2009 luggy or hoddle..? sorry..only one winner (not that it matters now) as I have said time and time again..sturrock is crap... Although he is proving so at Plymouth, the reality was he won 50% of his games in charge as our manager. I defy you to find any other Saints manager with that record, ever!!!!!!! Legod Third Coming Posted 2 October, 2009 Share Posted 2 October, 2009 game is as good as lost...he really is farking brilliant Early on he is really scratchy and nervy, at that point you have to pitch it up and bang on the stumps as he plays across the line a lot. Now he is in, we are well and truly farked!

Legod Third Coming Posted 2 October, 2009 Share Posted 2 October, 2009 Best Australian Batsman since Bradman? Pleased that Lee was injured for the ashes too Agreed John, he is the best in my living memory - never saw Bradman - and also a brilliant captain and, while a bit arsy sometimes, also a really decent sportsman with a good sense of humour. capitalsaint Posted 2 October, 2009 Share Posted 2 October, 2009 As i said in a previous post (of which I've had very few) EVERYONE should watch the Barcelona documentary by Storyville. It took them half a season (with plenty of it stuck outside the champions league spots) to actually bring everything together. The fans were calling for Rijkaard to be sacked, the finances were in a mess, etc. etc. I suppose the point I'm making is that even the great Barca took time to re-establish themselves over that season, we've got the right people in place, it will still take time for things to click.
