Firefox issues.....

I am having a prob uninstalling Firefox,tried the usual uninstall through control panel and also tried to run c\program files\mozilla firefox\helper.exe as instructed but nothing happens.Won't open,won't uninstall.

Any help appreciated.

 

I am a bit of a gimp when it come to techy stuff,so in simple terms if possible.
