Saint Without a Halo Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 Commentator says we havn't troubled the keeper despite our huffing and puffing!
Saint Without a Halo Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 Mellis must score and hits the side netting1
Under Weststand Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 Melis put clean through should have scored hits the side netting
brightspark Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 Stat Attack. Only 2 goals for away teams in League One today.
Arizona Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 So which ex Saints have scored so far today. I count Rasiak and Chaplow. Not a "we shouldn't have let him go" nag, just curious.
Saint_Jonny Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 Best chance of the game, mellis ****s it. He cant shoot for **** that lad!!
saintant Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 And that in a nutshell is our problem - we do not trouble keepers. No width, no pace and no creativity.
Window Cleaner Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 So which ex Saints have scored so far today. I count Rasiak and Chaplow. Not a "we shouldn't have let him go" nag, just curious. Euell scored didn't he?

Thedelldays Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 not good enough really.....simple as that
brightspark Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 I think the forks are well and truly out at Mellis. Got to take your chances. Can't lose too many or we will find ourselves sucked into a relegation battle. F*ck... COME ON
.comsaint Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 ...and that sums us up nicely; loads of chances; do f-all with them. Other side score.
sfc6mufc3 Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 **** me. Swindon scoring was bad enough but not Carlisle, what next getting rolled over by Brighton??????????????????????
saintant Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 Nah, don't create enough. All teams miss chances but if you make enough you'll get some goals. How many real chances have we had today?
Under Weststand Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 Yet again we fail to take our chances & are punished once again. They need to pick themselves up & try & get a point out of this.

Can't lose too many or we will find ourselves sucked into a relegation battle. F*ck... COME ON As if we aren't already in a relegation battle. Seriously with our lack of strike power avoiding relegation is all we can hope for.Should have played Saga
sticksaint Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 Scott dobie?Where do i remember that name from?I`m sure he has scored against us before!
John B Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 As if we aren't already in a relegation battle. Seriously with our lack of strike power avoiding relegation is all we can hope for.Should have played Saga That is too obvious
.comsaint Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 Lee Holmes & Patterson on now - gotta be. Three up front needed...
Window Cleaner Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 Nah, don't create enough. All teams miss chances but if you make enough you'll get some goals. How many real chances have we had today? I think you have to ask the manager that, as I'm sure the board of directors will be doing in the next 48 hours or so.
ExSt Peter Saint Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 Can't see us scoring 2 now, can you?
Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 This is so ****ing annoying, we've taken them apart by the sounds of it.
ericofarabia Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 The first part of my 2-1 to us prediction falls into place, never fear we will score 2 now. The lack of alcohol is doing strange things to my brain
brightspark Posted 26 September, 2009 Posted 26 September, 2009 I can never believe how name by name Saints always have a stronger team - but they rarely win. Its the thing that pees me off the most I think. Big names, do great elsewhere, but never as a team with Saints. Newcastle fans will say similar things.
