Been over to watch barca quite a few times and that is fun. Different from what you may expect as it is not an all singing all dancing atmosphere, but there is still a buzz about the place. Been to some Valencia games as well and the Mestalla has a good atmosphere. Hope to go to watch Real Betis at some point, but Seville seems an expensive place to stay.

Also planning on going to watch hertha berlin. No feelings fo rthwm, but have heard that Berlin is a fantastic city to visit so may as well catch a game there.

Germinal Beerschot in Antwerp, primarily because all my in-laws are from the area of Antwerp where you follow GB or no-one! Managed to only get to 1 game tho.

Bayern Munich. Brother has lived in 17 years and travel out as often as possible and catch a game whilst I'm there. Probably been to Olympic Stadion (the old ground) about 15 or 20 times but only managed to to get to the Alianz arena 2 or 3 times.

Dynamo Kyiv.

Various reasons, ranging from the team of world class home grown players which SHOULD have won the 1999 CL (they threw away a 3-1 lead against Bayern in the semis) all the way to "Ukraine" being a funny word.

I guess the main reason is it's just nice to have an interest in CL. All that top class football, I need a distraction from Saints. :D Just can't bring myself to support any of the big 4 which usually represent us in Europe, although if Villa or Everton ever managed it, I'd back them. Saggy chops Hotspur probably not. Man City, only if every game was a repeat of last weekends Manc derby.

Some interesting teams & stories as to why they are you teams!

I started following Roma about 6 years ago. Went to Rome on holiday, loved the place, got a Roma shirt & then saw them play on TV back home when Serie A was on Eurosport. Played some excellent football back then under Capello so it just grew from there, been over for about 10 games since & going up to London in a few weeks for the Fulham game in the Europa League.

Also follow Serie A & Italian football in general, would like to go and see a Roma game at the San Siro some time soon.

Certainly interested in going to a few games in Eastern Europe somewhen in the future, can imagine its mental in Greece, Turkey...etc
