70's Mike Posted 23 September, 2009 Posted 23 September, 2009 anyone have experience of using refilled cartridges for a lexmark x4875. genuine cartridges are very expensive and refills fron Cartridge World are less then half price.
chrisobee Posted 23 September, 2009 Posted 23 September, 2009 Can't say I have though one thing I always do when buying a printer is check the price of replacement cartridges! Can get 1 of each for my HP printer for about £16 from Cartridge World and they last longer than the originals!

I had refills for my Lexmark (different model) and the results were indifferent, sometimes they were ok , others the jets blocked up.
St Landrew Posted 23 September, 2009 Posted 23 September, 2009 The place where you went wrong was choosing a Lexmark inkjet printer in the first place.

ecuk268 Posted 25 September, 2009 Posted 25 September, 2009 I've got an HP Deskjet and I either buy HP cartridges off E-bay (lot cheaper than retail) or use Choice Stationery comaptibles which I've never had any problems with.
