Gingeletiss Posted 21 September, 2009 Posted 21 September, 2009 I see on the news, that County are being investigated by the FL....it appears that no-one knows who the far East owner really is......Um!!!!!, this could run a bit;)
chrisobee Posted 21 September, 2009 Posted 21 September, 2009 Lol, should have looked for a Swiss owner !
Pancake Posted 21 September, 2009 Posted 21 September, 2009 Lol, should have looked for a Swiss owner ! Oh yeah? But mystery surrounds who is actually behind Switzerland-based Munto Finance with Trembling, former commercial director at Everton, fronting the consortium of investors Wink.
chrisobee Posted 21 September, 2009 Posted 21 September, 2009 Don't be a smart arse, I did say Swiss owner and not Swiss based owner
stevegrant Posted 21 September, 2009 Posted 21 September, 2009 Good of the Football League to allow their takeover to go through without first having checked the legitimacy of it all, whereas for anyone else they wouldn't transfer the golden share to a new owner until they'd checked it all out...

Pancake Posted 5 January, 2010 Posted 5 January, 2010 Hit with a second HMRC winding up order: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/n/notts_county/8440636.stm
Smirking_Saint Posted 5 January, 2010 Posted 5 January, 2010 I was not even aware that they were bought out, or had the first winding up order, let alone a second. Things are looking bleak. Something needs to be properly done with this fit and proper persons test, it seems that it is nothing more than a non-entity and will lead to the destruction of more clubs if FA/FIFA or whoever does not act accordingly.
RedAndWhite91 Posted 5 January, 2010 Posted 5 January, 2010 Pompey MK. II. Or Pompey are Notts County MK. II. Either way they are both absolutely cattled.
