saints_is_the_south Posted 9 October, 2009 Posted 9 October, 2009 We've just got another allocation of 1500 on top of the original 950, so thats 2,450
Bucks Saint Posted 12 October, 2009 Posted 12 October, 2009 2nd allocation has arrived & now on sale, just got 4 tickets. no mention of this on OS still? I am going, need 3 tickets at least. Given their average attendance is something like 4.5k, and the ground holds 9k, we should be able to get as many as we want subject to stands / segregation

saint boggy Posted 12 October, 2009 Posted 12 October, 2009 Looking forward to this one, despite the fact my luck with away games is that bad that it'll be a week shy of 10 years since I last saw us win from home in the league,1-0 away to Villa on 6.11.99! well i haven't seen us LOSE away yet , so i cancel out your jinx.....you are free to go and enjoy a Saints away win (or at the very least a draw)......PS, you're welcome

Bucks Saint Posted 13 October, 2009 Posted 13 October, 2009 Got my 3 - bring it on, another ground off the list!
Um Bongo Posted 13 October, 2009 Posted 13 October, 2009 For those going on the train: Megatrain. £12 return. Leaving Southampton at 10.55 and Waterloo at 18.35. Result.

Saint Samuel Posted 14 October, 2009 Posted 14 October, 2009 Any one know of any good pubs around the ground to visit before the game?
Saint_clark Posted 14 October, 2009 Author Posted 14 October, 2009 Any one know of any good pubs around the ground to visit before the game? Have a few on the train up and they will all seem good. :smt041
markr27 Posted 14 October, 2009 Posted 14 October, 2009 Went to Charlton as my first away game, and will be going to Orient. I have a taste for it now
bungle Posted 15 October, 2009 Posted 15 October, 2009 plus two. train from bath 10ish There are more Saints fans in Bath?! Excellent. I am getting the train at 0813, however!
Michelle Posted 15 October, 2009 Posted 15 October, 2009 Finally bothered to get mine... not that I'm 100% sure I can make it yet! :-S I'ma going. Huzzah.
Wilko Posted 15 October, 2009 Posted 15 October, 2009 There are more Saints fans in Bath?! Excellent. I am getting the train at 0813, however! I'm not sure you'd get along with these 'lightweights' who travel at sensible times. Can't wait for the cask ale crawl.
bungle Posted 15 October, 2009 Posted 15 October, 2009 I'm not sure you'd get along with these 'lightweights' who travel at sensible times. Can't wait for the cask ale crawl. I assume you are bringing some Thatcher's Katy for the train?
Michelle Posted 15 October, 2009 Posted 15 October, 2009 I assume you are bringing some Thatcher's Katy for the train? Cider then ale is wrong. If travelling by train, vodka and wine are the way forward, followed by cider in the evening.
Bucks Saint Posted 16 October, 2009 Posted 16 October, 2009 oh, ok. sounds like my bucks fizz and pimms plan might be wrong then
fish fingers Posted 16 October, 2009 Posted 16 October, 2009 It's Mojito's all the way from Christchurch
saintchrissy Posted 16 October, 2009 Posted 16 October, 2009 Three more from Southampton - another new ground ticked off - taking old man with us on this one - need him to drive as silver wedding party in farnborough on the way home.
JRM Posted 16 October, 2009 Posted 16 October, 2009 I just called up and got 3 tickets, according to the bloke that sold me them we have nearly sold out of the 2500 and another 500 are on their way, think this will sell out early next week especially if we win at Oldham, will be pay on the day for the home end I'd have thought so thats an option for anyone who doesn't get one
Genk Posted 16 October, 2009 Posted 16 October, 2009 Is it definitley unreserved seating? As other friends already have tickets and I will get one if it is.
Guy Posted 16 October, 2009 Posted 16 October, 2009 My tickets have arrived and they definitely say "Unreserved Seating" on them.
saintsforlife7 Posted 16 October, 2009 Posted 16 October, 2009 Trying to book ticket online, says none left? Is this the same for everybody else?
JRM Posted 16 October, 2009 Posted 16 October, 2009 Trying to book ticket online, says none left? Is this the same for everybody else? Well when i spoke to them earlier the 2500 was nearly gone and they were getting another 500 in, best to give them a call to find out the latest
Genk Posted 16 October, 2009 Posted 16 October, 2009 Trying to book ticket online, says none left? Is this the same for everybody else? System was down earlier

Saints foreva Posted 18 October, 2009 Posted 18 October, 2009 For those going on the train: Megatrain. £12 return. Leaving Southampton at 10.55 and Waterloo at 18.35. Result. Could I have a link please? And is this site actually reliable?
saintrich Posted 18 October, 2009 Posted 18 October, 2009 Anyone know if we've recieved the last lot of tickets yet? Want to pop down to the ticket office early tomorrow morning and get some.
SaintMilesie Posted 19 October, 2009 Posted 19 October, 2009 Any one know of any good pubs around the ground to visit before the game? Hole in the Wall for a couple outside Waterloo Station, then on to the Birkbeck Tavern turn right as you come out of Leyton tube station and then right again, good pub with real ales and a good size beer garden if it is dry.
StDunko Posted 19 October, 2009 Posted 19 October, 2009 Anyone know if we've recieved the last lot of tickets yet? Want to pop down to the ticket office early tomorrow morning and get some. They sold me 4 over the phone at 9ish. I asked if there were many left, and was told "Yes!" Couldn't be bothered to push for exact numbers. HTH
SET Posted 19 October, 2009 Posted 19 October, 2009 Even when its not on the ticket, aways are always unreserved as everyone just gets in and stands with their mates. Or at least thats how aways should be, its how home should be too but for that blooming taylor report.

Or at least thats how aways should be, its how home should be too but for that blooming taylor report. Agreed, I got some tit asking me to move out of their seat at Charlton. Like there weren't enough seats around anyway.
Alanh Posted 19 October, 2009 Posted 19 October, 2009 Just been told by the ticket office that we have sold out ouur allocation and to look out on the OS for any details of more tickets being offered.
the colonel Posted 19 October, 2009 Posted 19 October, 2009 they just told me that they are unlikely to be receiving any more.
JRM Posted 19 October, 2009 Posted 19 October, 2009 Just been told by the ticket office that we have sold out ouur allocation and to look out on the OS for any details of more tickets being offered. If they don't give us more then aim for the home End East stand which is the same stand as the saints fans (but home section) if you look on their website. If that is also unreserved seating then just keep buying tickets in their bit (East stand) and create an unofficial extension of the away end.
RonManager Posted 19 October, 2009 Posted 19 October, 2009 So the final total is? 2500 according to the OS
Saint Samuel Posted 19 October, 2009 Posted 19 October, 2009 Anyone know how much a group ticket will be from Soton Central to Waterloo?
