suewhistle Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 Why am I still nervous. Think I'll go and read my IKEA catalogue....
silversaint Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 yeh he's definitely an 'a$$ hole!' he's only got us in a winning position by a 2 goal margin. some 'fans' really suprise me.
sussexsaint Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 Seem to be playing well, sounds comfortable at the moment fans doing the 'ole' thing with the passing
sussexsaint Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 Papa for Thomas please - don't crock him!
Mark`` Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 Would like to see Waigo and Holmes/Mills brought on for some width and pace
dubai_phil Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 wow it's 96F here in Florida and we had not one but two penalties in one game this season. Always happy to take a didgy win to get us ging. Off to scare old people on the golf course now keep em coming Lambo
brightspark Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 Why is it that Bristol Rovers, since losing Lambert - have won 6 of their last 7 games (pending)??? If I recall they were saying that the club was all but doomed this season... Hopefully they'll keep it going, keep some of the 'big' clubs down with us this season so we dont get lonely
ericofarabia Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 Fans lapping up every pass with an ole , a nice bit of flowing football leads to a corner ... no further comment needed  2 soft penalties to us, maybe our luck has changed.
Window Cleaner Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 Would like to see Waigo and Holmes/Mills brought on for some width and pace I don't think Holmes is on the bench even

Just a stab in the dark mind you:smt115
Micky Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 Time for a Lambert hat trick yet though....
saint lard Posted 19 September, 2009 Author Posted 19 September, 2009 According to Solent we have not created many chances, hence we have not scored from open play, this still concerns me.
sussexsaint Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 Mills and Papa please and now not with 30 seconds left on the clock come on FFS!!!
brightspark Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 2 soft penalties to us, maybe our luck has changed. It is exactly what was needed. A win, out of nowhere, is what could turn our season. Confidence means everything. Take my favourite local sport, Rugby League. Over here in Australia, big boys Brisbane Broncos lose 6 games in 8. They then get hammered 56-0 by minnows Canberra. Next game is back at home, and they play really poorly, but bottom of the league Cronulla Sharks are worse, and Broncos get a lucky win. Then it started to build. Tonight, Broncos have made it 7 wins in a row after their capital hammering, and if they win two more, they will win the NRL. That's how things can change. COYR
CB Saint Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 I wish Merrington would shut up. he so negative, Is merrington alpine in disguise. At least the second goal will keep alpine quiet for a while.:smt048 Just tuned into solent as unsurprisingly excited about prospect of winning. Merrington opens his mouth and I am reaching for the razor blades. He must be the most boring miserable git on the planet.

silversaint Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 AP knows what he's doing guys, I reckon Papa will get 10/15 minutes.
sussexsaint Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 Why does AP leave these subs so late??????? lets tear them up it can only boost confidence
WealdSaint Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 Lets win a few.........THEN worry about winning by scoring from open play
Window Cleaner Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 AP knows what he's doing guys, I reckon Papa will get 10/15 minutes. Even then he'll probably run out of steam about halfway through that. He's obviously not fit.

brightspark Posted 19 September, 2009 Posted 19 September, 2009 Sad to see Cronulla (my team -purely because I liked the beach) at the bottom of the league though COYR They did avoid finishing last in the end. Sydney Roosters pipped them too it!!! Not all that bad... COYR
