Shocking story

Read this and was shocked, It was not around here but if anyone who does not help when they see bullying on a large scale by kids no matter how bad is wrong, this story broke my heart.

Dont understand why they could not be given greater help by police or local council in finding them somewhere else to live, I just dont understand.

 

God help this country in being tougher on crime.
