chrisobee Posted 14 September, 2009 Posted 14 September, 2009 Refeering a game is great fun when you do it is a favour (as I did for BAT some years ago in the Sunday League) and all I needed to say to both teams pre match was start abusing me and game over ! Fair to say though I did it a few times with no problems and even a bit of good natured micky taking !

I will be playing for the forum side and i will make sure the opposition are well aware of what is exceptable.....saying that I KNOW THESE LADS DONT NEED TELLING!!!

Still waiting to hear from 1 or 2 but at the moment we have 14 players, from that the 1st 11 is sorted. I have said red and white but we are also trying to sort out a kit too :-)

I'd be shocked if you can get a ref for a friendly for free unless they already owe you a favour.

Rather than asking a group of people that meetup for a social kick about if they wana make a team for a one off? If you were to be us 10-0... it would have been a bit of a pointless work out for your team, no?
