I was interested to see how many games teams in League One have drawn over a season and still achieved promotion. Over the previous four seasons, the league winning teams drew a considerable amount, all above 10 games. Only Notts forest who drew a massive 16 games would have missed out on a play off position with a 10 point deduction.

Leicester drew 15 - 10 points above 6th

Nottingham Forest drew 16 - 6 points above 6th

S****horpe drew 13 - 12 points above 6th

Southend drew 13 - 11 points above 6th

We can still do this, its far from impossible ;)

:drinkers::drinkers:Yes lets do this the league starts from here. Why do I always get like this come Thursday and then get let down by 5pm Saturday, but this time it really is gonna happen, I can feel it. COYR

..............anyway, back in the real world...

I was interested in past history, actual statistics. Our team is good enough to be winning every week. So, if we turn things around, is promotion possible?

The answer.... in the real world....... Yes :tfrag:

Interesting statistics - but until we start winning I can't buy into this lovely idea!

I reckon we'll draw more than we lose, so the question is; are capable of winning more than we draw? :)

What's the stats on that :-k

Well if we win 17, draw 15 and lose 14, we'd end up with 56 points. Lower middle table I reckon with that!
