I would say they still have a good chance of qualification looking at the remaining fixtures as do Portugal.

I think they'll still qualify. Much as I admired Maradona as a player, he seems pretty clueless as a manager. He didn't seem to have much input from the touchline aside from posturing, and his team selection is questionable, seemingly based on personal grudges.
