Dog Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 Just eaten 4 Big Macs and now I need to curl one out. The other 3 will have to wait until I get back home to the caravan.
Jillyanne Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 Is there an offer on atm then? No he is just greedy, also they are horrid.
keithd Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 i made the stupid decision to eat one on saturday, not had one for a donkeys age, it was pretty much as jill described. horrid.
OldNick Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 they should be renamed as Little macs. I reckon they have reduced in size by a third in the last 10 years.
Dog Posted 7 September, 2009 Author Posted 7 September, 2009 4 big macs?!?! Oops, and some onion rings with sweet chilli sauce.
RedAndWhite91 Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 I had a mcmuffin thingy earlier. Wasn't very impressed.
ecuk268 Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 Burger King are more expensive but better quality. I had an Angry Burger last week but, due to the lack of chillies, it was only mildly annoyed.
OldNick Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 Burger King are more expensive but better quality. .Is there less ground hoof and undertail in theirs then?
Dog Posted 7 September, 2009 Author Posted 7 September, 2009 I think McDonalds should swop the mayonaise with Anusol, and so cut out the middle man.
J Bizzle Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 Can't beat an XL Double Bacon Cheeseburger from BK.
Mase Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 That is quite an achievement! I’m not keen on Big Macs either… KFC is where it’s at for me. It’s yummy and got lot’s of protein so I don’t feel as guilty when eating it

It’s yummy and got lot’s of protein so I don’t feel as guilty when eating it KFC is quite something...how do they manage to get their chips quite so soggy on such a consistent basis?
OldNick Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 KFC is quite something...how do they manage to get their chips quite so soggy on such a consistent basis?yep and how they manage to broil the chicken and still leave it tough.IMO the poor birds have been used to produce hundreds of eggs a day and then get put into a bargain bucket
INFLUENCED.COM Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 KFC is quite something... KFC's always seem dirty to me, I know most fast food chains are much the same but hygiene standards at KFC in particular seem poor, remember an incident in one years ago when the girl serving held the printed till order in her hand, when grabbing the chicken put the paper in her mouth and then threw it in the box, saliva with your order ? No thank you and can I have my money back please.
bungle Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 Can't beat an XL Double Bacon Cheeseburger from BK. They are by far and away the WORST fast food burger out there.
SOTONS EAST SIDE Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 Its a pity we dont have these over here. As they are quite amazing! http://www.carlsjr.com/

Yeah i've kinda refused to eat in KFC after a particularly grizzly food poisoning incident in my teens...as you say they just have a dirty feel the second you walk in the place...
Dog Posted 7 September, 2009 Author Posted 7 September, 2009 KFC is great if you want a greasy face and fingers, the bones are by far the best part of it. I normally just ask for a box of bones and skin and a wet wipe to follow is taking the p¡ss as your fingers are that greasy it is almost impossible to tear open. Round 2 on the loo.
Thedelldays Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 twisters are good at KFC...but IF i had to chose, BK would be the winner
SNSUN Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 I don't stop to turd. I just play-doh fun factory it into my pants and carry on. That's what they're there for.
EastleighSoulBoy Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 I think McDonalds should swop the mayonaise with Anusol, and so cut out the middle man. Classic!
Smirking_Saint Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 Can't beat an XL Double Bacon Cheeseburger from BK. Agreed, but TBH, if i am going to spend almost a tenner on something to eat it wouldn't be in BK. KFC is pretty good tbh, if you want something quick, Big Mac's are **** though, better off having two double cheesburgers or a quarter ponder with cheese. In all honesty though, most fast food places are sh!t and overpriced, give me a full english anyday, or even a crown carvery for £3, but then i can usually get away for a decent lunch at work.
St Will Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 In-n-out is the only fast food burger place worth eating at. Shame they're only California, Nevada and Arizona. But oh my god the burgers are heavenly.
timebomb Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 Compare what you get at Micky Dees for a fiver and you can have a great carvery at the River Inn Toby. No comparison!
norwaysaint Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 Compare what you get at Micky Dees for a fiver and you can have a great carvery at the River Inn Toby. No comparison! Are you Alan Partridge?
Smirking_Saint Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 Compare what you get at Micky Dees for a fiver and you can have a great carvery at the River Inn Toby. No comparison! The swan is a better carvery (again, it was sh!te), but then the River inn is quality grub, and in stumbling distance from Mum and Dads and my old bedroom.
hamster Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 they should be renamed as Little macs. I reckon they have reduced in size by a third in the last 10 years. No, you have just got bigger, like the rest of us nick. :smt055
Crab Lungs Posted 7 September, 2009 Posted 7 September, 2009 I feel ashamed to eat any fast food now. In the moment, it's gorgeous, lovely and fulfilling. Afterwards, the realisation of what a completely substandard, fat-filled piece of crap comes hurtling into my conscience. I can only liken the feeling to the horror and realisation when the beer goggles slide off.

Know what you mean, KFC's are a bit like women, once your finished with the breast and the thighs all thats left is a dirty old box.
bungle Posted 8 September, 2009 Posted 8 September, 2009 Big Mac time again!!! Don't they go on sale at 10.30am? You've wasted a perfectly good 85 minutes of Big Mac eating, in my book.
RedAndWhite91 Posted 8 September, 2009 Posted 8 September, 2009 Gonna go to the chippy today. Does this count as fast food?
Dog Posted 8 September, 2009 Author Posted 8 September, 2009 I've decided on a bucket from KFC, as I'm hungry today.
SOTONS EAST SIDE Posted 8 September, 2009 Posted 8 September, 2009 In-n-out is the only fast food burger place worth eating at. Shame they're only California, Nevada and Arizona. But oh my god the burgers are heavenly. Yeah St Will proberly the freshest burgers around. Mines a 3x's with onions and a portion of animal style fries!
TopGun Posted 8 September, 2009 Posted 8 September, 2009 The Gourmet Burger Kitchen is the place to be. I wouldn't take a crap in the rest, let alone eat in any of them...
Smirking_Saint Posted 8 September, 2009 Posted 8 September, 2009 Gonna go to the chippy today. Does this count as fast food? Hmm, no, then you will have to get chinese, indians and kebabies involved, that is dodgy territory.
scott_saints Posted 8 September, 2009 Posted 8 September, 2009 I like all fast food. I like the taste and don't give two poo's about what's in it, innit.
SNSUN Posted 8 September, 2009 Posted 8 September, 2009 The Gourmet Burger Kitchen is the place to be. I wouldn't take a crap in the rest, let alone eat in any of them... I don't think I've ever been as disappointed in a take-away/eat in place as when I went to Gourmet Burger Kitchen. (Except perhaps the one and only time I ate in Nandos.) Their burgers are downright expensive, hardly better than average, and on top of all that you're paying for all the extras. Not to mention we were served by a guy with one eye and copious amounts of dandruff which frankly put us off our meals. Very poor. (Oh, and as for Nando's, I wish they'd make their minds up whether they want to be a restaurant or a takeaway. If the damn waiters want to swarm around my table looking for tips, the least they could do is take my order and get me some drinks without expecting me to do it. Awful. That said, as loathe as I am to ever go back to GBK, I could perhaps do Nandos again in an emergency, as their food wasn't overpriced.)
Julian H. Cope Posted 9 September, 2009 Posted 9 September, 2009 The Gourmet Burger Kitchen is for c*nts. I used their toilets to take a sh*t and deliberately missed. That'll teach 'em for serving up dross.
Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 9 September, 2009 Posted 9 September, 2009 The best fast food place OF ALL TIME, is Australia's "Oportos". Their Bondi Burger is off the mutha lovin chain! They only have one store over here, as far as I'm aware, at Victoria station in London. It's worth the train fare!
Saintandy666 Posted 9 September, 2009 Posted 9 September, 2009 You must either have the fastest matabolism in existance or just be really fat.
Smirking_Saint Posted 9 September, 2009 Posted 9 September, 2009 Remember the old chargrill restaurant's ?? Where you had a grill in the middle of the table and they brought out your food, uncooked, you grilled it to your liking and got unlimited chips as well, that place was awesome.
saint_stevo Posted 9 September, 2009 Posted 9 September, 2009 Remember the old chargrill restaurant's ?? Where you had a grill in the middle of the table and they brought out your food, uncooked, you grilled it to your liking and got unlimited chips as well, that place was awesome. you can still do this
Saint_Jonny Posted 9 September, 2009 Posted 9 September, 2009 this thread has made me ****ing hungry.
Smirking_Saint Posted 9 September, 2009 Posted 9 September, 2009 you can still do this What, at home ?? Still on the take away thing, Subways are king
