We did n't tell them they were ****, we just booed - that is the only way we have to convey our disapproval for there efforts. It has n't happened for us for a very long time, and by the way Div 1 isn't jst going to hang around and wait for us. I think it is you that is some what simplistic, living in your little pink, fluffy, soft world or love and peace (should n't you be ringo?). Like I say - I buy one off bad performances, 6 games and we have n't delivered. We are playing serious catch up and hopefully the little show of disapproval will let all on the staff know that more is required... simples!
Still perfecting the art of patronisation then OTH :-) Good effort though, you are getting better.

"We did n't tell them they were ****, we just booed" - I love that one. I hope the players could tell the difference. Probably not. All professional sportsman are thick aren't they?

By the way, to complete your education from Saturday, "facetious" is when you treat a serious subject with flippancy - e.g to use humour in a completely inappropriate context (cue English teachers for a completely accurate definition). So I was not being facetious, I was taking the **** :-) Sorry folks (should have been a PM).

Last request, please refrain from saying "simples". This ain't a commercial full of meerkat puppets.

I won't be slagging anyone off, I've not seen enough Saints action this season to feel happy doing so. However I do feel that we really needed to hit the ground running this season, which obviously we have not. Alright we are behind with our preparation, but this excuse won't do us any good.

If we don't start winning soon the pressure of the minus ten will build and I don't have enough confidence in the team yet that we will get a result against Charlton. Not only that but there are four relegated from this division which makes our task even harder. So yes I can see why people are nervous and upset. Having said that I don't believe that getting on the team and manager's back at the matches is going to help the situation any.

Yes I'm glad to actually have a club to support, I will be eternally grateful to Mr Liebherr for that. As I am grateful to him for splashing his cash. The new players should help the team to improve, however if we don't start winning soon we could really be in the poo and as we have seen with Murty all it takes is bad luck with injury and we could be without a new player for months.

  • 1 month later...
Give it another 6 games and I think we'll see a big improvement in results, I really do.

6 (league) games later; W3, D2, L1, and showing real signs of improvement. 4th in current form table.

You can all stop panicking now ;)
