chrisobee Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Everything looking good.......except the score!
Minsk Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 I have never known it so quiet TBH Ditto. I wonder if it is a big crowd today? And where the other ex-pats are??
.comsaint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Funny how Col have had the best 2 chances!!! FFS...
chrisobee Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 The big Colchester CH gets stretchered-off. Surely...surely - today will be our day?!?! Yep, sub on.
Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Right, get in the dressing room, forget their two golden chances and come back out and batter them!
alpine_saint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Jesus, Col U should be 2-0 up!! So they are down to 10 men, have lost their big CH yet should be 2-0 up ? Another day in the anals of history of SFC, then...
chrisobee Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Ditto. I wonder if it is a big crowd today? And where the other ex-pats are?? See above 17070.
mUrph Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 AP must take this chance...gee me up so we can take this game by the horns
Glasgow_Saint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Lisbie missed from 2 yards out get it together saints
spain saint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Ditto. I wonder if it is a big crowd today? And where the other ex-pats are?? I am here but can't hear the match so am relying on 5 live and this site for updates!
chrisobee Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 So they are down to 10 men, have lost their big CH yet should be 2-0 up ? Another day in the anals of history of SFC, then... Um, another 45 minutes to go isn't there ?
the boy from saints Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Cheers for the updates! Am in Spain and have crap Wifi access! Come on Saints!
alpine_saint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Um, another 45 minutes to go isn't there ? I really wonder when the issue of something being fundamentally not right in the make-up of SFC is going to be addressed...
saintjay77 Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Ditto. I wonder if it is a big crowd today? And where the other ex-pats are?? Im here too but down to 3 posts a day so was planing to save them for the 2 goals we were going to score and the final whistle 3 points. looking like f all chance of that now so just 2 posts left. lol
.comsaint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 So they are down to 10 men, have lost their big CH yet should be 2-0 up ? Another day in the anals of history of SFC, then... * Mind you - depending on the result today - you might be right!
Glasgow_Saint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 10 men + ex captain on our team + current captain (best player?) injured + in poor form + we have home advantage + 11 men + last years top scorer + better players = we should be 2 nil down u do the maths (doesnt add up for me)
revolution saint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 I really wonder when the issue of something being fundamentally not right in the make-up of SFC is going to be addressed... What's that then? Genuine question.
chrisobee Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Im here too but down to 3 posts a day so was planing to save them for the 2 goals we were going to score and the final whistle 3 points. looking like f all chance of that now so just 2 posts left. lol 45 minutes v 10 men plus their captain (who replaced Hammond of course) stretchered off should be enough of an advantage for even us to win..........* prays* !
Edmonton Saint Posted 5 September, 2009 Author Posted 5 September, 2009 At least Mills is on. Come on fish, give us some width for once..
Fuengirola Saint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 What's that then? Genuine question. The one where we couldn't win a raffle!
.comsaint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Mills on for Mellis - like we said! Good move Pards. I reckon the ref would/will try his best to even things up. We know this - and Pards knew this. So good move. COYR!
chrisobee Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 10 men + ex captain on our team + current captain (best player?) injured + in poor form + we have home advantage + 11 men + last years top scorer + better players = we should be 2 nil down u do the maths (doesnt add up for me) Not quite maths is it though TBH

Jonnyboy Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 So they are down to 10 men, have lost their big CH yet should be 2-0 up ? Another day in the anals of history of SFC, then... Isnt it annals? Mind you, actually anals sounds about right for saints
Verbal Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 10 men + ex captain on our team + current captain (best player?) injured + in poor form + we have home advantage + 11 men + last years top scorer + better players = we should be 2 nil down u do the maths (doesnt add up for me) 11>10=√f.all
merrimd Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 10 men + ex captain on our team + current captain (best player?) injured + in poor form + we have home advantage + 11 men + last years top scorer + better players = we should be 2 nil down u do the maths (doesnt add up for me) FFS, where the hell do you get we should be 2 down?????? They had 2 (just 2) chances all half. But hey, lets ignore the fact we had chances ourselves, plus bossed (as per SSN who i guess are actually at the game so might have an idea what is goin on) the first half. Why bother mate, honestly. Support Rangers or something if you want to win every week. Jeez
Minsk Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 James booked early in the half for a foul made by Hammond. Saints sounding in a bit of confusion at the back. Manage to clear the lines though.
Glasgow_Saint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Not quite maths is it though TBH algebra
opthomps Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 please please win this game saints, im staying awake till the final whistle. Thanks for the updates guys
revolution saint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 The one where we couldn't win a raffle! Why? Or is that supposed to be funny? Statistically the chances of winning a raffle are much less than winning a game of football. Should we be concentrating on winning raffles instead? I'm confused......
chrisobee Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Now I remember why I don't follow games on here......
Glasgow_Saint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Lambert in action in the 1st half: fans look happy
ExSt Peter Saint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 We have to take hold of this game and it doesn't seem like we're doing it at all. Hope Mills and Harding can link up down the left and create something, because I can't see much coming from the right.
Plumstead_Saint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Nice one comsaint Cheers. Come on Saints!

ExSt Peter Saint Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 "Cross by Joseph Mills(Southampton), resulting in ball out of play." Not very promising - come on Fish put one onto Lambert's head.
