The Portsmouth News reports that the Selection Committee toured the city and were 'impressed' by Fartton Park (???), Training Facilities (where - Eastleigh??), Hotels (really?? even Milan Madaric used to stay at the De Vere here in Soton when he was involved with the blue few!!)
