Colinjb Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 He's been permitted to ply his trade in Italy, so I cant see there being an issue. As I understand it the rules in Italy are a little more relaxed.
AlfredKo Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 Is that mean in the coming international week, we are going to lose Saganowksi, Jaidi and that new Segenal striker for international duty?
St Will Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 Wow, the Positivity Filter aint working properly then. Is that right Mr Negative.... Have you not hung yourself yet?! Please hurry up and go buy a rope. I'll paypal you some funds if you can't afford one. I'll even pay for some carbon offset just in case you snap the branch.
St Will Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 Is that mean in the coming international week, we are going to lose Saganowksi, Jaidi and that new Segenal striker for international duty? That's an interesting point!
Pancake Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 (edited) St Will, Alpine - stop baiting, winding each other and being abusive please. Edited 2 September, 2009 by Pancake spelling
Deanovski Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 I do. Schneiderlin is great and Premiership/International potential if he applies himself. who doesnt wanna be here
Ludwig Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 -----------------Davis------------------ -Thomas---Jaidi---------Trotman---Harding- ------------------------------------------ -Papa-----Hammond----Spiderman---Mills--- ------------------------------------------- ----------Saga----------Lambert----------- Bart, James, Perry, Gillett, Lallana, Holmes, Paterson. sick one.
Matthew Le God Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 -----------------Davis------------------ -Thomas---Jaidi---------Trotman---Harding- ------------------------------------------ -Papa-----Hammond----Spiderman---Mills--- ------------------------------------------- ----------Saga----------Lambert----------- Bart, James, Perry, Gillett, Lallana, Holmes, Paterson. sick one. I can't see him dropping Lallana and Chelsea won't be happy if Mellis doesn't even make the bench.
Ludwig Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 He ought to though, until he gains a strong positional sense. Or we could drop Mills and play a 4-3-3 type formation. Davis DEFENCE --------Hammond-------Spider (but he can't tackle) ------------------------------------------------ -----------------Lallana---------------------- --Papa--------------------------Saga------ -----------------Lambert---------------
whizz Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 Wow! A some excitement after a dull final transfer day. I think this is brilliant news, I can imagine a 'Camara' type buzz when he's a St Marys (hopefully soon!). This team is really taking shape now, well chuffed.
Deanovski Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 -----------------Davis------------------ -Thomas---Jaidi---------Trotman---Harding- ------------------------------------------ --Papa---------Hammond-----------Mills--- ----------------Lallana-------------------------- ----------Saga----------Lambert-----------

VectisSaint Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 Ok, we can drop the N'Diaye part, he's generally know as Papa Waigo, and I'm telling you now, he is pretty darn handy. Brilliant signing. Here Waigo, here Waigo, here Waigo...
once_bitterne Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 Is that mean in the coming international week, we are going to lose Saganowksi, Jaidi and that new Segenal striker for international duty? I think it means in the future, if all three are choosen by their countries, that we will have our game in international week postponed as if you are going to lose 3 or more then the game will not be played.
JustinR Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 He's been permitted to ply his trade in Italy, so I cant see there being an issue. My understanding is that you only need to re-apply for a work permit if you change clubs. I.e. Loans are not an issue
saint_stevo Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 St Will, Alpine - stop baiting, winding each other and being abusive please. StWill's been doin it all day I reckon he got the shanks....
.comsaint Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 I actually have a semi over this signing!...
GenevaSaint Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bnb_LvF1mkY&feature=related legend Hey, I'm at work and can't see the Youtube link, but suffice to say Delgado looked great as well. lol

Asaint4ever Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 I actually have a semi over this signing!... a semi? i have a rock on man....!
St Will Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 StWill's been doin it all day I reckon he got the shanks.... I've got the push fades actually. It's really annoying, especially when the wind is into and off the left. Ball goes nowhere and way right. Good job I chip and putt like a hero!
bungle Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 Is that mean in the coming international week, we are going to lose Saganowksi, Jaidi and that new Segenal striker for international duty? Senegal have already been knocked out of African qualifying for World Cup and Cup of Nations. Tunisia are away at Nigeria on Sunday, and then home to Kenya on Thursday. No idea, however, if Jaidi is in their squad.
saint_stevo Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 We could doctor the Macarana. Sing, eeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhh Papa Waigo to the tune the macarana? Or maybe i need to be taking these pills with food
Asaint4ever Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 I like it alot You think that starting 11 could win this league?
saint_stevo Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 I've got the push fades actually. It's really annoying, especially when the wind is into and off the left. Ball goes nowhere and way right. Good job I chip and putt like a hero! Ah the ever powerful push fade, nice. a push and a fade, stinks of set-up/grip IMO eeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhh Papa Waigo
St Will Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 You think that starting 11 could win this league? I actually think if we got to start the season again and from 0, we'd have a good shot at it.....
kpturner Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 Using the data from the FM 2008 database, he lines up as follows: Potential: 148/200 Technical Attributes (all of the following are out of 20) Corners: 7 Crossing: 11 Dribbling: 12 Finishing: 15 First Touch: 11 Free Kicks: 4 Heading: 11 Long Shots: 9 Long Throws: 4 Marking: 8 Passing: 10 Penalty taking: 12 Tackling: 8 Technique: 9 Mental Attributes Aggresion: 14 Anticipation: 10 Bravery: 15 Composure: 15 Concentration: 11 Creativity: 8 Decisions: 12 Determination: 18 Flair: 13 Influence: 7 Off the Ball: 15 Positioning: 11 Teamwork: 14 Work Rate: 15 Physical Attributes (The best bit) Acceleration: 19!! Agility: 13 Balance: 5 Jumping: 8 Natural Fitness: 12 Pace: 19 !! Stamina: 19!! Strength: 9 So, he may get pushed off the ball but he is lightening quick, can position himself well and can link well with his team mates, oh and he is a very effective finisher!!!!!You are not seriously judging him by his stats in the FM 2008 database are you? I couldn't see the smiley winky thing which would tell me your tongue is firmly planted in your cheek.
St Will Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 Ah the ever powerful push fade, nice. a push and a fade, stinks of set-up/grip IMO eeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhh Papa Waigo It stinks of backing up through impact and holding on for dear life so I don't hit it 50 yards left, but there ya go. Oh, and a bit of right aim, which isn't that bad a thing with a driver, but I don't think it's helping me right now. Still, managed a 7th place this week, even though I hit it like a 20 handicapper :-)
Clifford Nelson Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 Using the data from the FM 2008 database, he lines So, he may get pushed off the ball but he is lightening quick, can position himself well and can link well with his team mates, oh and he is a very effective finisher!!!!! Most peculiar this. He scores about 1:6, which makes me question that. AP lauds him for his creativity, but here it's his weakest mental attribute? I have a feeling that he has been loaned not as a striker, but as a right winger who can score occasionally. I'd love to see his pace.
Mase Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 Exciting stuff!! The Fiorentina fans seem to like him!
Andy_Porter Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 Compared to last season we're going to be a team full of monsters. Really need to get someone to spend a lot of time working on taking corners and free kicks, hopefully Lallana can step up to it because we should be getting a lot of set piece goals. We could start with Thomas, Trottman, Jaidi, Harding, Hammond, Lambert, Paterson, Waigo and Lambert all over six foot and very strong. When you compare that to last season where we would be lucky to have one or two six footers it's quite a contrast.
kpturner Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 Still, managed a 7th place this week, even though I hit it like a 20 handicapper :-)7th place in what?
shurlock Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 -----------------Davis------------------ -Thomas---Jaidi---------Trotman---Harding- ------------------------------------------ --Papa---------Hammond-----------Mills--- ----------------Lallana-------------------------- ----------Saga----------Lambert----------- Got a feeling Papa will play up front with Lambert, Mellis will stay on the right, James will play alongside Hammond in the middle and Lallana will stay on the left until Mills returns from injury.

Still, managed a 7th place this week, even though I hit it like a 20 handicapper :-) I no the feeling. Always fighting a hook, played a few rounds where i coulda hung my coat on the thing Nice work. Now, im with Alps so must stop fratanising with the enemy
St Will Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 7th place in what? A tournament up near Oxford

St Will Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 Which tournament? One of the last few on the tour I've been playing on this year. The money was a disgrace this week, I barely made a profit. I can afford to play next week though, which is something!
Thedelldays Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 I think we are going to like this guy... (sorry if it has been posted already) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bnb_LvF1mkY

St Will Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 What did you think of Witney Lakes? Lol how did you find that one out?! I found it horrific. It was like a farmer's field with 18 flags stuck in it. Flat and boring, and it blew a hurricane on the second day.
