Thedelldays Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 maybe waigo is a bit crap...hence why he has signed for us...
NickG Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 I suggest he possibly needs to get his career going, good contacts found him and approached him and good money secured him.
Saint_clark Posted 4 September, 2009 Author Posted 4 September, 2009 who knows! Tripled wages of Bristol's highest paid player No we didn't, that's a lie. We doubled his wages.
wild-saint Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 Maybe when Papa scores, the whole northam end can chant "who's the Daddy!"
waggy Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 If Nicola Cortese had brokered the Papa deal..........
John Smith Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 I am happy to pay my money to watch someone get back on their feet. He has the audience, he has the skills, if he gets the goals, he could become a legend. Nothing too much for him to worry about at this level. The deal is done and a star is waiting to be born! Just what we need, I can't wait! A real coup for this club!
Iowsaintsfan Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 maybe waigo is a bit crap...hence why he has signed for us... I hear Papa Smurf was feeling abit blue............
Matthew Le God Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 If Nicola Cortese had brokered the Papa deal.......... Chants around St Mary's of... From the Itchen: "Nicole" From the Northam: "Papa!"
RedAndWhite91 Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 If the stats on FIFA09 are anything to go by, Papa Waigo is now our best player.
The9 Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 If the stats on FIFA09 are anything to go by, Papa Waigo is now our best player. Ah stats and FIFA games. Why on earth would you believe that ? Now if he was the best on Pro Evo...
Mase Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 If the stats on FIFA09 are anything to go by, Papa Waigo is now our best player. What are his main stats on it? All we really know is that he is quick, but I’m still curious.
RedAndWhite91 Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 Ah stats and FIFA games. Why on earth would you believe that ? Now if he was the best on Pro Evo... Oiiiiiiii everyone knows FIFA is much better What are his main stats on it? All we really know is that he is quick, but I’m still curious. Well overall he is 71... Which is about 10/15/20 more 'points' than most of our other players!
SoccerMom Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 Chants around St Mary's of... From the Itchen: "Nicole" From the Northam: "Papa!" Kudos to you both. Really hope this happens.:D:D
hypochondriac Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 Oiiiiiiii everyone knows FIFA is much better Well overall he is 71... Which is about 10/15/20 more 'points' than most of our other players! Untrue, most of our players are in the 60s
Matthew Le God Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 Kudos to you both. Really hope this happens.:D:D Continental style hand gesturing from everyone in the Northam saying "Papa" in response to the the Itchen saying "Nicole" in an 'Allo 'Allo French accent.
OldNick Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 Untrue, most of our players are in the 60sthey run around as if they are
Wes Tender Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 Interesting idea for a shirt back? ........................ PAPA ................ . WAI 2 GO

TVR_Fan Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 (edited) While, I never make songs. But I thought I would try to make at least one song for Papa Waigo: Papa Papa, what will we go and see today. We will go and see Papa Waigo N'Diaye play. ---- Moving On: I hope Papa Waigo N'Diaye plays on Saturday. Edited 4 September, 2009 by TVR_Fan

Waigo is now due to arrive at Southampton Airport this morning before meeting up with his new teamamtes.
niceandfriendly Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Anyone know if Waigo is good in the air? He's pretty tall which is good (at least he looked it today) but if he can't head the ball then he'll be almost useless for us because at the moment the long ball is the only ball Pardew is instructing our players to play.
RedAndWhite91 Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 I loved the fact he done his celebration dance in front of the Northam. Lets hope we see that a lot more in the future.
Tac-tics Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 I loved the fact he done his celebration dance in front of the Northam. Lets hope we see that a lot more in the future. What happened?
Saint_clark Posted 5 September, 2009 Author Posted 5 September, 2009 What happened? He did his celebration dance in front of the northam Was it not clear enough the first time?
niceandfriendly Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 was late to the game any videos? It really wasn't that exciting mate.
Tac-tics Posted 6 September, 2009 Posted 6 September, 2009 He did his celebration dance in front of the northam Was it not clear enough the first time? Bearing in mind he did'nt bloody play!
chrisobee Posted 6 September, 2009 Posted 6 September, 2009 If the Echo article is accurate (?), he was only flying into Southampton this morning so seems unlikely he would have played. As I mentioned earlier he could not have played anyway as his clearance from Italy is not through yet though heaven knows why it should take more than 5 minutes to send a fax ?
RedAndWhite91 Posted 6 September, 2009 Posted 6 September, 2009 What happened? It's alright mate i'll provide a sensible answer Basically after being introduced to the crowd at 2:50 he ran over to the Northam, clapping the crowd and doing all the usual business. Just before he was about to turn around and go back, he did the dance he does when he celebrates a goal, and it was well good.

He's pretty tall which is good (at least he looked it today) but if he can't head the ball then he'll be almost useless for us because at the moment the long ball is the only ball Pardew is instructing our players to play. Well he can score with his head :
Thedelldays Posted 6 September, 2009 Posted 6 September, 2009 Is he into his drugs?? what the feck is that about....drugs for all occaisions...hahahaha
opthomps Posted 6 September, 2009 Posted 6 September, 2009 Is he into his drugs?? that is bizarre. these odd italians must have far too much black paint and time on their hands. I can only assume that it's a reference to black people in italy selling drugs. I cant imagine that there is any other reason. The last footballer to take drugs was merson wasnt it?
