Prince Jazzbo Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 How bizarre, you can't say the word s c u n t h o r p e, lol!!!!!!! The local council there had all their e-mails blocked by a filter and it took them ages to work out why!
ponto1963 Posted 2 September, 2009 Posted 2 September, 2009 The local council there had all their e-mails blocked by a filter and it took them ages to work out why! that's classic

Baird of the land Posted 3 September, 2009 Posted 3 September, 2009 Quite funny reading how he's requested to come back to st mary's to vie for first team football after losing his place at grimsby
ribbo Posted 3 September, 2009 Posted 3 September, 2009 Quite funny reading how he's requested to come back to st mary's to vie for first team football after losing his place at grimsby link?

the stain Posted 3 September, 2009 Posted 3 September, 2009 I dont think that is true as the Council is North Lincolnshire Council Pittwood House Ashby Road S****horpe North Lincolnshire DN16 1AB I think it was residents of the town not being able to register with AOL.
S-Clarke Posted 3 September, 2009 Posted 3 September, 2009 http://www.thefishy.co.uk/cgi-bin/forum/Blah.pl?m-1251934987/ oh dear. - check out their views on him. 5 years though FFS, what on earth were we doing last year? Beggars belief.
stevegrant Posted 3 September, 2009 Posted 3 September, 2009 They hate him, and as far as I'm aware he's being sent back here. On his debut, he was lobbed on two occasions from about 10 yards with headers and on Saturday he parried a shot about as powerful as Scotland straight into the path of the oncoming striker.

Which team were Grimsby playing? I'd like to see if it's still available on the bbc.
SNSUN Posted 3 September, 2009 Posted 3 September, 2009 http://www.eatsleepsport.com/southampton/forecast-returns-to-st-marys-941926.html He's back. He'd rather be third choice here than second choice at Grimsby.
saint-ross Posted 3 September, 2009 Posted 3 September, 2009 Just saw on the bbc player thingy, grimsby vs aldershot - Forecast makes a howler for their second. Not very impressive at all!
Verbal Posted 3 September, 2009 Posted 3 September, 2009 Wow, the north London yobbos really pulled a fast one on dear old Rupes.
greg_hill Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 Feel sorry for the lad. It's not his fault if the deal we made for him was dodgy.
Scummer Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 Nice and sunny here. That's not even a forecast. Poor effort.
Andy_Porter Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 Not suprising they think he's crap. I don't know why Pulis gets all the stick on here from what i've seen of Forecast and Molyneux for the reserves they're just as bad if not worse. Some of our transfer dealings last season where really strange. The three of them just aren't professional footballers.
The9 Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 (edited) The local council there had all their e-mails blocked by a filter and it took them ages to work out why! The local council is North (East) Lincolnshire, as I once did a software install for them in Scvnthorpe (spent a week there, more dull than dreary), so I suspect your story is apocryphal. And cobblers. Edited 4 September, 2009 by The9

Is Kelvin still doing all the keeper training ?

CHAPEL END CHARLIE Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 voted worst grimbsy keeper ever apparently.... Never mind , only another 4 years until his contract expires .
mcjwills Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 Never mind , only another 4 years until his contract expires . Can always loan him out to Bompey or flog him to the Skates, they like our goalkeeping cast offs
Thedelldays Posted 4 September, 2009 Posted 4 September, 2009 Never mind , only another 4 years until his contract expires . hahahaha think long term ffs
Junction 9 Posted 5 September, 2009 Posted 5 September, 2009 Sun with patch cloud. Lovely day for footy.
Saint Bones Posted 12 September, 2009 Posted 12 September, 2009 Well doesn't sound like the best of times for Tommy. Just remeber though the grief KD got when first playing here and he has proven his worth. here's hoping Tommy can do the same - or am too much wishful thinking
Fitzhugh Fella Posted 12 September, 2009 Posted 12 September, 2009 The Echo reported last week he had returned
dubai_phil Posted 12 September, 2009 Posted 12 September, 2009 The Echo reported last week he had returned How DARE you pop up on here from your self imposed exile and make unsubstantiated ITK claims AGAIN.....
SNSUN Posted 12 September, 2009 Posted 12 September, 2009 Can always loan him out to Bompey or flog him to the Skates, they like our goalkeeping cast offs Thought that was Torquay. They've borrowed Poke so many times I wouldn't be suprised if he bought a house down there...
Prince Jazzbo Posted 12 September, 2009 Posted 12 September, 2009 The local council is North (East) Lincolnshire, as I once did a software install for them in Scvnthorpe (spent a week there, more dull than dreary), so I suspect your story is apocryphal. And cobblers. Just to clarify, I didn't say it was Scvnthorpe Council, I said the local council there. I suspect that the word Scvnthorpe appeared in quite a few emails for a Council providing services there. Both in the subject line and the body of the e-mail. Any good filter would pick this up and block them. The story was widely publicised in the IT press at the time
