LOL, old ammunition and unexploded bombs are regularly dredged up opposite the stadium....cant ever remember any actually going off though

Happens all the time around the coast where the was war time activity.

 

We've got nothing like the risk that Gillingham has.............they have a whole ship load old ammunition just ticking away close to their ground.

says in that article the bomb squad were called in at 6.50am. Hmm I had to move out the way for them on the avenue just before 9!?

Must've been the fast response team then if it was less than 2 and a half hours.

Don't know about bombs being alive, but remember the talking bomb in Dark Star....

 

Meanwhile, be careful what you post or someone in the Pakistani tribal lands will claim it was planted by the Al Queerda guys

The local Junior School to me goes to Calshot and one of the activities is dredging to show the children local marine life but one year they dredged up a WWII sea mine..... not sure they ever told the children what it was though

Did you hear that there was an explosion in Goldsmith Avenue PO this morning and caused a £1million worth of improvements?

 

Fat Harry must of taken part of blast to only cause £1million of inprovements to the south's s#@t hole
