Ripping audio from a .mov

Nope, you cant do it with Audacity on Windows...

MP3MyMP3 will record anything going through your sound card, Will save as wav or mp3.

VLC.

File->Streaming.

Select your video file, hit next, choose your profile as "mp3", job done.

This records anything going through your sound card. It's in German but self explanatory.

 

Yeah, that not really what I need as Im running all sorts of stuff at the same time.
