I've been into the factory it's made.

Imagine Willy Wonker's gaff but with more Ukrainian refugees.

Did you go on a boat down a river of Cillit Bang, and just what did the squirrells do in this factory ;)

The original product does have some quite corrosive agents in it, some of which can be harmful, but it does work very well indeed. I was curious and I did the coin test once with a drop of Cillit Bang in a spoon. 30 seconds later it was bright and sparkily coin.

Well yes, I suppose they must do, as I had the cleaner and a spoon on hand, and I fetched a coin out of my pocket. Who wouldn't see if the product worked..? Or are you just not curious about things..?

And do you know, I still had several hours of one whole winter evening to fill after that. I almost tried another coin..!

I may try this now then. Are copper coins best or doesn't it matter? This is my last post for today so excuse me if I don't respond. I'll do it bank holiday Monday and report back.

Yep its called acid and Coke and Cillit Bang will remove the enamel from your teeth even quicker.

Indeed. Any acid will do. I used to polish coins with tomato ketchup which contains vinegar.

You can also descale your kettle with vinegar.
