kpturner Posted 24 August, 2009 Posted 24 August, 2009 If people want to see what's going to happen tomorrow look at the Norwich-Sunderland match now on. The match is similar to Saints-BirminghamMaybe so. I am going, but not because I think we have a chance to win the competition. I just want to see the team play and see first hand whatever positives and negatives there are in the performance....and if I am pleasantly surprised by the result that that is a bonus. It was only £8 and it is better than watching Casualty.

I believe it's called being a fan. K.

BotleySaint Posted 25 August, 2009 Posted 25 August, 2009 If I had known it was only £8 for ST holders i'd be there... as it is, i didn't look properly and now its too late..
Um Bongo Posted 25 August, 2009 Posted 25 August, 2009 Sold over 9,500 now and expecting between 13-14k. Not a bad turnout. I think there will be 13,587

I think there will be 13,587 It'll be interesting to see how many we do get. It clashes with Hants day-nighter at the Rose Bowl, so that may affect the figure (seeing many people may have had tickets for that prior to the cup draw taking place). Norwich (with their supadupa support) had 12.5K last night, so it would be good to beat that. The Skates are at home this evening as well but it goes without saying that we will beat them.
Neil Posted 25 August, 2009 Posted 25 August, 2009 Sold over 9,500 now and expecting between 13-14k. Not a bad turnout. I think there will be 13,587 That's pretty decent, at least we'll be over 10k. Can't see many of the other CC fixtures beating that. Shame there's a clash with the Rose Bowl tonight.
