Obviously Lamber is the main striker now so he should have the choice. Who ever he chooses keep them and sell the rest. We dont really need 4 strikers. write back to what you think about this.

Probably Ronaldo or Rooney? ;-) Our club is not about one man so I guess Lbert does what he does best and score us loads of goals, hopefully one day he will get a good striker alongside him.

Sadly this one is such a bad idea it's not even worth discussing. What's that old Clough quote? "If I had an argument with a player we would sit down for twenty minutes, talk about it and then decide I was right." Players play. Managers manage. I'm sure Pardew talks to all his players and i'm sure he has an idea of who Lambert would like to play alongside ideally (and i suspect it's Rasiak) but ultimately canvassing player's opinions for team selection is a very slippery slope towards player unrest... Player power is one of many things wrong with the modern game. Alongside agents and message boards

Of course we need 4 strikers, maybe not the 4 we have but 4 is a minimum. I think its better that the manager picks the team, rather than have a system like the one Sven employed with England and Neville.

Besides which, we can all see who should be playing up front with Lambert, and he hasn't signed yet - someone with pace.

Get rid of Saga and Rasiak and sign Simeon Jackson from Gillingham. IMOH that still isn't enough, we need some creativity and vision from the midfield so we can get the best out of decent strikers. Strikers are only as good as their service.
