SO16_Saint Posted 18 August, 2009 Posted 18 August, 2009 It really REALLY f*****g annoys me when people turn right off the Avenue down the side roads - it clearly says NO RIGHT TURN FFS - just go up the road and go round the roundabout and turn left. C***S!

Hatch Posted 19 August, 2009 Posted 19 August, 2009 There is a No Right Turn about 50 yards down the road from my office. I reckon a car turns right there at least every two minutes throughout the whole day. I think it is more down to the drivers not understanding what the road signs mean rather than just the drivers ignoring them.

What a knob I think we were the only 2 on the road in Southampton at that time. Ok I was wrong but he needs to get a life, professional dobber IMO.

This roundabout has two lanes, and the amout of utter mongs that get in the left lane and go right round the roundabout is quite astonishing. This roundabout has two lanes, and the amout of utter mongs that get in the left lane and go right round the roundabout is quite astonishing. One idiot had the nerve to flash me when I deliberately cut him up. Your wrong, both lanes can be used for turning right. The markings in the right lane say M3 (this is a right turn), and the markings in the left lane say A33 (left turn down the avenue) and A27(W)(this is a right turn). The roundabout has two lanes on, two lanes all the way around and two exit lanes so why are you cutting people up?

It's there to stop selfish people effectively halving the capacity of a major route out of Southampton and causing a jam for the thousands trying to join the M3 during the rush hour.

The council should put a "GET IN ****ING LANE NOW, YOU ******S!!!!!" sign about half a mile back from there and shoot anyone not complying, I would apply for the job of manning the gun-tower.

He even had the cheek to have a go at me when i parped him. similar thing happened to me in Penzance this week......an old guy cut up me AND another car on a roundabout, we both permped our horns at him and the passenger (a little old 'lady' ) stuck her 2 fingers up!!! i was so stunned that i did the w4nk8r gesture back to her!!...(it wasnt my finest moment!) .....but she deserved it!
