Pardew said it's going to take time, it isn't like he's had a long time to prepare and bring in the players he wants to, it seems some people want us to win every single game, it isn't going to happen, there's no point being so negative at this stage when there's still another another 44 games left and another 132 points to be won. people said the same the seasons we went down .... dont worry it will get better!

Wotton qualifies all these but I dread a team full of Wotton's. If we truly have a 5 year plan then we will want to keep playing some of the 'kids' and let them get better. It hasn't harmed Bale, Walcott, Surman etc development by being thrown in as teenagers. Read all my posts. Wotton is not for me. By 'man' I refer to experienced professional player as opposed to defeatist Lowe-bought inexperience.

He has a team of utter crap with one half decent player called Lambert that HE bought. Now we need a few more Pardew signings and the removal of the League 2 standard players we currently have.

So basically even if we had a quality youngster amongst us, say another Walcott (I'm not saying we do) you still wouldn't play him basically. I remember our team of profesionals under Burley... don't remember too many people being overly happy with their work effort.
